I bought the premium car wash, and it turned out to be the worst wash that I’ve ever received. The wheels never got touched or the tires, and it didn’t clean past the rear wheels around the rear of the vehicle. The mirrors and grill were still covered in bugs. Very disappointing had to come home and re-wash the vehicle. I might as well have taken $10 out of my wallet and burned it.

I paid $10 for the platinum wash, but it was broken and did not wash my car at all. It moved around my car like it SHOULD be spraying and washing, but it wasn’t spraying anything. So, essentially, I paid $10 for… absolutely nothing.Knocked on the office door and no one answered. Every time I call the number listed in Google I get a Verizon message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. No website. No email. No way of contacting them to try to correct the issue.

I go here a lot but lately the bays have been disgusting and the garbage are overflowing. Upkeep seems to have gone downhill.

Excellent value… I paid $.75 for 4 minutes of car vacuuming. You can’t beat their prices. It may not be the newest or fanciest facility but it definitely got the job done. I thought the vacuum had strong suction and worked just fine.

Despite being here 4 other times, and despite my truck being 4 feet shorter than the maximum length for the touch-less wash, today the mechanical arms contacted the back of my truck and promptly shut off. After an employee(perhaps the owner) restarted the wash, the spray nozzle arms stopped in the middle of my truck, and then moved inward until it pinched both sides of my tacoma. All I can say is think twice about the touchless wash, and i won't be returning here again. The owner should feel quite lucky that no damage occurred to my vehicle.
