“I recently found myself with a flat tire, with nobody around to assist. Yes, I have a spare, and yes, I even know how to change a flat -- but I lack the strength to get the lug nuts off (and the tire nearly outweighs me; only slightly exaggerated). Tire pressure was 5#, so driving to a gas station seemed unwise. Okay, what to do? I called Les Schwab, of course! They sent out a truck within a reasonable amount of time. The driver was courteous and quickly filled the tire up so I could drive to their shop. They fixed the leak in the tire and sent me on my way. Having their truck drive out to where I was DID cost a bit over $100.00, but that only makes sense. However, they fixed the tire for free. Thank you, Les Schwab!”
