Wells Fargo isn't a great bank to begin with, but this one is particularly bad. Closed my accounts in there and dealt with an employee name Brittany who was just awful.

I deposited my paycheck into their ATM on a Saturday and on Monday they told me they would be holding my funds for 10 business days. I tried calling the customer service number, which was no help, so I came into the branch. As I was explaining the situation, Michelle (who is supposedly a manager) flat out told me that I can bank elsewhere if I'm not satisfied with the service. I will absolutely be going elsewhere after resolving my issue.

I wanted to get savings accounts set up for my 6 kids. I called on a Saturday morning inquiring about the process. I lucked out and the Banker on duty named Rachel Snider had a cancellation and was able to see me. Rachel has a great attitude and was very thorough in making sure everything was done right. I had several questions about the kids new accounts and Rachel was able to answer them all. My relationship with Wells Fargo has been up and down over the years, but I can tell they are taking the effort to make the business better. It all starts with great employees. The tellers have always been great, and now I can say the Bankers are amazing as well. I was very impressed with this visit to the Chubbuck Wells Fargo Branch.

AFTER 20 + Yrs I am FED up with the Fee's for Using My money. The Loan's are not competitive, then after going Elsewhere they Buy my loan. I quit getting loans from them Years ago. After waiting 15 Minutes to speak with a banker I got Fed up & left. Took all my money out & told them to CLOSE the accounts, I had to go in again to get it closed so they don't charge FEE'S for an account that has ZERO money in it.

This is the worst Wells Fargo I have ever been too and I have been with Wells Fargo for 10 years. I am disappointed in there customer service, and I won't be banking here again!

One of the worst banks I have ever had. This bank is always charging ridiculous service fees. Have always had problems with this bank, being charged random fees for no reason and having to go in and get it fixed. Such a hassle and waste of my time. I was with this bank for over 6 years. I went in was charged a late fee and was sick of being charged all kinds of ridiculous fees. I was final done with it. I canceled my bank over a $15 dollar charge; they said they couldn't do anything to reverse the fee for a customer who has been with them for over 6 years .I will never be banking with them again. Nothing against the employees they were great.
