Worst pharmacy. We took my son to the doctor on 3/8/24. Forgot the pharmacy closed early so we went in today to get our meds. The lady told us the medication was filled a week ago. How is that possible if we went on Saturday? So then she said it was filled at another pharmacy. We called or doctor and they confirmed it was sent to the correct Walgreens. I’ve always had problems with this pharmacy. We did move pharmacies but it was the weekend and ours was closed. Highly disappointed with the way we were treated. I work with pharmacies on the daily for work and I never had such a mad experience with any other pharmacy!

I legitimately can’t remember the last I had something go smoothly here. Please go to a better pharmacy. Will eat up your entire day figuring out what is happening with your medications. This isn’t a Wendy’s these are medications to survive. And after dealing with all of their processes they still act annoyed that you are there doing business.

I had a medication from a doctor coming in 20minutes before close and they said to our faces at the store as we were waiting they wouldn’t fill them even if they received the doctors note before close even though they have it. Then they closed the doors 5 minutes early with the doctors note sent into them. So here goes to throwing up every hour all night. What’s the point of being open till six? Walgreens sucks and they don’t care about you.

At first, I thought that the negative reviews on here were maybe just flukes, maybe just people having dealt with an employee or two who were the bad apples of the bunch. However after filling prescriptions here for some time now, I've discovered that is not the case. There is clearly something that is going wrong with the management of this pharmacy, because in the nearly full year now that my wife and I have been coming here we have consistently dealt with rude, inconsiderate, and lazy members of the pharmacy staff.I try hard to be understanding as a medical professional and understand the strain that these places are under and have been under, especially since COVID, however no amount of outside influences justifies some of the following issues we've had here. Here a few:I have on multiple occasions seen pharmacy techs just sitting on their phones while there were long lines in both the drive-thru and the lobby. The drive-thru was part of the reason we switched here to begin with thinking it would be so much more convenient. However, it frequently runs so slowly and inefficiently that it honestly takes more time to pick up meds that way. Their second intercom that is supposed to make it more efficient? Is broken, and has been broken as long as we've been there. Why hasn't that been fixed in all this time? I would like to know too.One of my meds is a newer med, one that is unfortunately quite expensive. My insurance also only partially covers it, so the only way I can afford it is with the use of a discount card from the manufacturer that brings the cost down to an affordable price. We have had issues almost every single month getting them to use the discount card, and have been frequently told in the drive-thru that our discount card doesn't work. Several times, we have had to go in and push them to actually put the numbers in and discovered that it has nothing to do with the discount card not working, it just takes a few more minutes of their time to do so. One of the techs flat out admitted to us that they frequently just say the cards don't work because it is such a pain to use the system that they have to enter numbers into that processes the discount. The discount card works every month when we push, but yet still the next one thinks we'll be dumb enough to fall for it. Frequently when my wife or I have picked it up, we have had our baby in the car with us while running errands. One of the whole point of switching to a pharmacy with a drive-thru was to simplify errands and have one quick stop where we wouldn't have another place to get the baby out of the car and go through a store. Yet because of our issues with the discount card, at least every other time we have had to go park our car, then walk into the store and argue with the techs about the card until they put it in when they won't do it in the drive thru. I'm sorry that the extra time it takes is inconvenient, and that drug prices are so unreasonable, and I know that neither of those things are the fault of Walgreens or it's staff. However, the reality is, those discount cards are the only way I can afford the medication I need, and the pharmacy staff needs to understand and accommodate that. Every time they have acted like we are being unreasonable, or that we are such an inconvenience. I'm sorry that my health is such an inconvenience to you, but I have to continue to manage it as best I can.We are done with this place and will be switching pharmacies as soon as we can.

The employees here are miserable. I just watched one of the girls with glasses turn to the pharmacist, say "This sucks, why would Walgreens do this?" The Pharmasist (blonde female) agreed, and then watched her perform terrible customer service for the older woman in line. If they hate their jobs, go find another profession. It is not our fault. Terrible customer service!!!!!

Such a joke. I sat on hold for nearly 2 hours by the time I finally gave up. They're out of stock on things that are on automatic refills, and they don't ever fix that. If it's on auto-refill, why isn't it ordered to be refilled? It's just ridiculous! I took this screen shot 30 minutes before I finally hung up! They are the most incomparably pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The only reason I even have my prescriptions sent the is because I have disabilities and sometimes I need to use their drive thru, and since they're the only pharmacy in town that has one, I use them! That stops today. I have finally had enough! I've been at their counter and watched them ignore th ferrite phones, which I'm 99.9% sure is why I had to wait nearly 2 hours to talk to someone before giving up and hanging up UNHELPED!

Pharmacy is trash. My Doctor sent my daughter's prescription here yesterday. I waited a couple hours and went to get it, I was told they hadn't had time to fill it yet and to come back in about 45 minute. no big deal. Came back and was told that they couldn't fill the prescription so it was sent to Chubbuck for them to fill. I was never notified of this change or I could have possibly made it to chubbuck in time, instead I wait in line in Pocatello to dine out that they sent it somewhere else, after quoting me 45 minutes. At this point I can't make it to Chubbuck in time, because they are closing. This morning I tried to pick it up from Chubbuck only for them to tell me that my insurance denied it. (not really the truth, just them passing the blame) ... after talking to my insurance I find that even though the Pocatello location DID NOT fill my prescription they DID send it through my insurance. so the Chubbuck location was trying to refill a prescription that I never got, thus why my insurance said no. not my insurances fault Walgreens fault. so after lost time in line multiple times, lost time on the phone with my insurance, only to find out that it's Walgreens fault. not the first time I've had problems with this pharmac, but it will absolutely be the last. Shame on you for blaming everyone but yourselves. take accountability, it's your mistakes! my daughter will not pay for your mistakes ever again.

We came through the drive thru pharmacy to get prescriptions for my daughter and I \\u0026 the lady couldn’t have been more rude. We had a hard time hearing her because of my 1 year old nephew fussing so we asked her what she said and instead of asking nicely to turn the car off she was very rude in telling us to turn the car off. When she was handing us the medications she asked if we had any questions, but we didn’t hear her so my best friend goes “I’m sorry I couldn’t hear what you said. My son is crying in the back” and she made this snarky comment “he’s not as loud as your car was.” I get that everybody has their rough days, but regardless you shouldn’t talk to customers the way she talked to us. This is the only problem I’ve ever had in the drive thru.

I walked up before the posted time for their lunch. Before! They would not let me drop off a prescription for my daughter that she needed right after surgery. I asked why they were closing earlier than the posted time for lunch and she said it's the time they are going to close! Bullshit! I am transferring all of my families prescriptions. I will not walk into that trash can ever again! Wallgreens you hire the cream of the shit crop!

By far the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever been too. Always get a text message that prescriptions are ready and get here and they won't be done for 2 hours or more. They do not know how to triage appropriately based on post op or other care and all of the technicians are rude! Being busy does not entitle you to be rude and disrespectful! Stop texting people that prescriptions are ready if it is going to take hours for you to finish. I was a pharmacy tech for over 20 years in both retail and hospital setting and am still in the pharmacy industry and Walgreens is a mega pharmacy that has no reason for horrible pharmacy business practices!

This pharmacy has the worst service I've ever experienced. I have never been able to get through to the pharmacy by phone. I have waited up to an hour on hold, being told I was #1 in line. I go to the store with only one person being helped and waited for 30 minutes, with no concern from any of the staff about the line build up with the other 5 people behind me. I have tried the drive through only to be stuck there for 20-30 minutes each time. The tech was uncaring and snarky when I told her about the phone wait and she said it was out of their hands and it's the way the call center is. The girl who helped me was very rude and let out a big sigh and asked if I wanted to refill it or not. These techs are very unprofessional looking and acting for a pharmacy. Needless to say, I am transferring all prescriptions to Fred Meyer as have many others I've spoken with

They have the best deals on hair care products in town! This the only place I've bought shampoo and conditioner for the last 5 years. Usually great deals on laundry soap and soda too. Just need to fix their online orders substitution bugs to get a perfect score.

My mom just came through the drivethru. was waiting on my insurance picture to come through on her phone, while the girl was telling her that the card i had given her previously didn't have prescriptions on it. While its loading on my moms phone, the girl SHUT THE WINDOW and TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS and WENT TO LUNCH. My daughter is waiting for an inhaler of all things, nothing too important I guess, she just can't breathe well, you know. Now my mom has to drive all the way back to her house and wait for the girls lunch period to be over. Are you kidding me? Ill no longer request any of my family's prescriptions be sent to Walgreens. Ever again. This is the last straw from all the other crap i've gone through at this location. seriously.
