My mom and I stopped in the store to buy a phone case and was completely ignored. Nobody bothered to check us in or even say anything to us. As we were preparing to leave another couple walked in and one of the employees was there immediately to greet them at the door. We were there probably 15 minutes and were completely ignored.

Third time I've visited this location. And all 3 visits; I'm greeted by this punk kid with shoulder high hair length. Today after entering the store. The same P.o.S comes up and greets me by asking me "What are you doing here?". I paused for a quick sec, and not chose my inner A-hole attitude. I replied. Let me browse. Poor customer service and interactions. I'm not asking for a red carpet or anything. Just don't walk up sounding like you want to get beat up buddy. Because when people like this do this. I can almost guarantee the same ones to say they're the victim in the crazy they start.

Thank you, local Verizion team. This store has the best local management around. Jack, the store manager, is incredibly smart, well-mannered, and has the capability to make sure you are taken care of. Thanks to the current management, this store has been able to thrive and serve many individuals in the lower south eastern Idaho area! Thank you, Verizion Team, and thank you, Jack, for all of the hard work. I am throughly impressed with this store.

Horrible customer service. The person helping me was super rude and didn't really help at all. I wanted to trade my phone in but for some reason Verizon wants more then what I owe on my phone. The person was super rude and said that's just how it works. Don't plan to come back to this store anymore.

Had 1 line on a completely different plan and 1 device that did not communicate well with others after we changed the number and even got written confirmation from the company that only the number was being changed, not the plan or anything else. Verizon's reps refused to rectify the issue. Cancelled that line. Still believe in second chances, letting the past go etc. Were rewarded today for that by Mr Stuart having audacity to verbally assault both me and my wife inside this store in our daughter's presence. Came to buy her new phone and thus to brighten her day and she left in tears. Thank you, Verizon. For God's sake drug test this employee from time to time. When half-witted rep who looks like aging tweaker and struggles to understand longer phrases offends and assaults customers in company's store and totally gets away with it, manager refuses to step in it speaks volumes about company's mission and core values. My wife manages a team of few people and makes 2 if not 3 times his yearly salary, but always treats patients with respect and kindness. What happened today is outrageous and unacceptable. We won't let this go. Police report is getting filed and all the agencies from AG to FCC will get notified asap.Also I never saw saw a native person or a female or a person of color hired by this particular location. Just white rude males are being favored.Only reason we went to store is to buy from official retailer. I'd advise and encourage all their customers in this area to purchase compatible phones and accessories elsewhere as most sales associates nationwide treat customer buying thousand dollar devices from them as valuable and figure ways to stay polite and show attention to consumer's needs.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the manager jack came over and just yelled at me and my boyfriend they refused to fix any of our issues and treated us terribly will never return to that store.

I have called two times to add a phone line to my account. After half a hour on a phone tree I hung up. Go to a phone company you have customers service on.

The ease of getting the new phone was great. But the guy we dealt with must of not been having a good day or something. Very mundane, trying to just upsell the whole time. Just didnt seem like he cared.
