We upgraded our phones and came into this store. The employees were nice but they didn't know how to explain options to a couple of senior citizens with limited tech skills. They talked over our heads, and they didn't qualify us with questions of what we really wanted(ie. sizes, memory), all they showed us was colors. Please tailor your sales pitch to the specific customer in front of you.

Customer service is lacking. I traded in my phone and it has taken 6 months, 5 in person store visits and 3 phone calls to customer service to get the credit i was promised.

Justin and Skylar were both great. Explained why I needed a new phone. My LG was no longer made and was not being updated. They showed me a basic phone like I asked no upsell. Appreciated that very much. While deciding on phone and accessories Skylar noticed I was using a business debit card and he immediately stopped everything and changed everything to a business account saving me a considerable amount of money. I appreciate their help and honesty. I love this store and highly recommend it if you need Verizon.

The quote "Above and beyond" does NOT do justice to the EXCEPTIONAL service we received! Madie started us on a phenomenal experience of getting new phones AND watches for my husband and I at literally next to nothing, cost wise! We would not have known all the discounts and offers without her vast knowledge! Justin and Madie then got EVERYTHING set up and registered. Justin and Madi made sure we knew how to use our new devices and insured us that if we have any questions, they are just a phone call away! and from the experience we just had, I believe it! From the moment I walked in the store Skylar was there to help. At first I only went in for a car charger because I’d just received my phone and traveled from CA to ID using cables from mt Kindle. He assisted me in getting other accessories in a bundle. He was very personable as well as helpful.

After a couple of years with Verizon my bill mysteriously doubled. I dropped in for help and was told- “gee tough luck”, no willingness to figure out why. Within 20 minutes I had closed my account and moved to t-mobile - service as good, cost well less than half. I will never consider Verizon again.

we purchased a new phone when verizon was having a special. trade in your old phone and get a new one for free. tyler did all the paperwork and said we were good to go after paying all the fees which were $257.00. he never said anything about having to pay for the new phone. after 3 bills from verizon and numerous calls to them to try to get this straightened out they said go back to the store. so we did. tyler no longer worked there and they were unable to find our trade in. the manager said they would have to put in a request to try to locate it with verizon. after 2 weeks and no communiction from the manager we went in. the manager said he had left a message but when he showed me the contact info it was for someone else. he then said they couldn't locate the old phone. we said then our only course of action was small claims court so we didn't have to keep paying for the new phone at full price. he said go ahead. after returning home we made one more call to verizon and explained the situation. the customer service rep was then able to locate to locate our trade in phone within 5 minutes. when we were in the store we said you can see we don't have that old phone anymore and the managers response was anyone can say that.. implying that we were lying about the trade in. the verizon rep was able to complete the trade in and give us a credit for that trade in. we will never go to this store again. they do not honor what their emloyees have done and they seem willing to lie to make a sale. buyer beware if you go to this store

The general manager was the one who helped me out. He was absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal. Also hooked me up with Wi-Fi. 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend this location

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I bought new phones and watches for my wife and I back in November. I paid everything in full and was promised by a salesman named Justin and Tyler that my payment would stay the same. since November I've been getting charged $40 extra on my wife's and mines account because they're saying I still owe on the phones and watches. they're also saying I owe on the data plan for the watches which Justin said would be taken off. when I contacted Justin he said that It was my problem now. I can't get anyone to fix it even though I still have texts from Justin and I have my receipts showing I paid them in full. I tried to reach out to the owner, Aldo, but he also didn't respond. Extremely dishonest company with no integrity! Go to the store by Walmart.

DO NOT GO HERE! They make offers that sound great, but in the end are a lie(but you won’t know until after you’ve gotten a few bills). And when you return to get help, they’ll let you know that they actually can’t make adjustments or do anything and you have to go through Verizon. So save yourself a big headache and just work directly with Verizon.

I had no problems here. Kassi helped me the second I walked thru the door. She explained everything to me that I had questions on. She was very professional getting me my new phone.
