We set up an appointment the day before. We showed up. Waited 20 minutes. Watched them take in 2 walk-ins before us. They didn't greet us and we were there before the walk-ins. Finally just walked out. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. Definitely do not recommend this 3rd party store save time and go to the main one.

Time for a phone upgrade, so I decided to visit this location of Verizon. Cesar was very helpful in getting my new phone set up, and was very patient with me as I asked questions about the different phones that were available. Thanks for the help!

About Bryan--Returned to the store a couple of days later and met with Bryan this time. What I was looking for was not available but he gave me a number to call and check later if it had become available. A week later I called and he checked my account and found that it was now available. He could not be at the store when I was able to go so recommended someone else to help me. He was very helpful even though he would not benefit personally from the sale. That is a truly good employee.:)
Shayla again helped me and was again kind and helpful.
