Terrible service . The older woman at the front desk who wears glasses needs to quit . She is incredibly rude with the way she handlles issues and if she persists with rude comments and condescending remarks I will speak to the management.

Calling the post office is a joke. I was on hold for OVER an hour. The automated service is a joke. Why am I paying taxes just to be treated so badly?!

Only had a package coming that requires a signature but I'm supposed to just guess when they'll be at my mailbox? I have ring cameras and not 1 ATTEMPT was ever made to my door. WHOLE new level of LAZY. I'll just wait all day every day by my mailbox because they can't get out of their vehicle when signatures are required. Stay classless.

Aside from the postman breaking the glass out of my front door by slamming it on a package placed inside it in 2021 (still not compensated for the destruction of private property) and them sending packages to the completely wrong country for 2 months, (fully ignoring the correctly addressed labels) and then making me pay for the shipping again, (Nov 2023-Jan 2024) this post office is great.The days of the USPS taking pride in their work are long gone. I’d be embarrassed if I I worked for them.

The customer service line is poor for anyone that has a special case like a package delivered to the wrong place but was returned to the post office. Was just calling to see if I needed anything to pick up the package for my wife but got asked questions about everything else. So I could not talk to a real person.

Mail to the east coast in the last year has resulted in 5 envelopes being isent to post office purgatory or the trash somewhere.
