I come here frequently for Amazon returns and occasionally to ship something.
They are always slammed, and at the time of this visit, there was a Microsoft outage that took out all but one of their computers.
Despite this, Bard, the employee running the counter, was hands down the best interaction I've had at ANY shipping company in town.
He was extremely friendly, felt very genuine, and despite the line to the door and the added stress, was one of the most professional, nicest interactions I've had with an employee of an establishment. As I waited in line I listened to him help an older lady in front of me. If I'd been told it, I would have believed he was speaking to his grandmother.
Fantastic employee, give that guy a raise.

Horrible to do business with they allow there employees to get drunk everyday at Duffy's bar "for lunch" and return to work...they let shay and her mom get drunk at lunch everyday and return to work not only that any packages that they dispose of shay and her mom steal saying they got lossed in shipping... have been told buy her boyfriend about shoes that he's been wearing and a Tonka truck and patio furniture and multiple other items that have yet to be discovered so if you want you packages or other items returned or shipped I recommend going somewhere else

Shay helped us so much! we couldn’t find a box to ship a saddle pad anywhere. She went through 4 options of box’s to get the shipping to a decent price and to get the pad to fit just right. She was awesome and super helpful

Had to send a package to a friend on vacation in Mexico. After trying to figure out how to do it online I came in and saw Shay. She made it painless and easy. They handled a steady stream of customers efficiently and respect.

Staff can hit or miss. Most the time they are friendly and helpful.Fix your damn parking lot. It's been WAY torn up for far too long.

Went in tonight at 622 and I realize they close at 630. No line. I had a box and pair of shoes that were amazon returns so it would have been fast.This petite framed blondish kid in a red sweater stood in the doorway and said, "we're closed sir". I walked back to the car and saw it was 624. NoT CLOSED.Two other cars pulled up and i walked back stating that its 624. He continued to argue that they're closed while he LET OTHER PEOPLE RIGHT IN!!!!!I couldn't freaking believe it!He looked back at his coworker and they shook their heads as to concede yet silently in protest. Then he looked at me shaking his head like I just ruined his week.At that point I didn't feel comfortable going in as I've had problems with this store before and didn't trust my shipment would wind up lost or shipped days later. I've had problems with this store in the past but I've refrained from complaining.The audacity of this kid trying to make me turn around before the posted closing time is just appalling. Then letting others walk right in. Clearly this isn't an isolated incident as other reviews have made similar complaints.The only reason I didn't write a bad review in the past is because there are some amazing and kind, courteous employees there and I NEVER write bad reviews. Check my Google review history. I only write reviews when they're 5 star because I hate putting bad out there on a business.I'm so sick of going into this store and being treated so rudely. That kid should try working in a restaurant where guests walk in right at closing and you have no choice but to spend however long they please.Two stars because there are great people there. But the bad ones bring this place down a lot.This is NOT how you treat customers. Or is it how y'all do business?

I am not the one to leave bad reviews but I had a super disappointing experience with this UPS location. I brought a $250 Amazon return on November 24 with a printed label. It was a younger guy who couldn't scan my return because it would give him an error , he eventually figured it out, took my return. Three weeks later my return is missing, I never got refunded and Amazon never got tracking for it.I went back today December 14, talked to the manager. Turns out, I was supposed to pay shipping cost ( that is why it gave him an error) which is totally fine but I was never told that. He just took my package. My package is gone, it is nowhere to be found and she told me she had no idea where it was, she knew who was working that shift but basically told me I was out of luck.Did not even try to reach out to the guy or told me to come back later and see what she finds out, I was told to write to Amazon even though they are the ones who lost my package...I understand that they are very busy and have hundreds of packages every day but how does a package that was not paid for gets shipped? She checked in their random pile and it was not there.. I would give less than 1 star if I could because my return is lost and they would not do anything about it. Please be aware.

If you don't want to do Amazon returns... don't. It's that simple. Stop being rude (weekend staff) to customers with returns! You offer the service... offer it with a smile. If you don't like your job, find another. Shipping and returns can be frustrating for both parties. But you are paid to do a job, stop acting like customers are inconveniencing you when you are paid by the hour.- Speaking for multiple customers, including myself.
