Great place, and very friendly. Always prefer this place over the place similar to this store in town. You can tell this place is managed very well. Stephanie goes far and beyond, from a customers perspective in making sure I'm finding what I need, and if not, ordering what ever it is to get it coming in a timely manner.

Had a 8 o'clock delivery here.I arrived at 745 and waited on them to open.Once they opened up I went in and spoke the guy working he seemed highly irritated that I had ANOTHER load of pellets.There was another driver here before me so I had to wait until he was unloaded and I did.I backed into the dock at about 8 45 I've been here 4hrs and went to speak with the guy unloading me he says he is doing all he can but this is ridiculous.I have another load to pick up and this dude is messing my whole day up!!! Don't deliver loads here!! They don't care about your time and are rude if you question them about what's taking so long!!

There was a pallet of senior horse grain on a pallet on sale for $21.99. So we bought 2, didn't realize till we got home, which is an hour drive, that we were charged $7 dollars more per bag, so $14.00 more total. The store needs to make sure their prices are right.

The local store is nice and their staff usually very helpful. But....I don't usually leave a negative review; this one warrants it. I feel that the neighbor program is very flawed. I should be earning 1.5 points per purchase because I purchased an air compressor on 02/15/2022 this purchase alone was enough to put me over their $1000.00 limit needed to move me into their next level on their "neighbors" program. I have called many times to get this resolved and they finally got me updated and credited on one section and I have a $10.00 credit available today. I still have not seen an increase in my membership purchase and am receiving 1 point per purchase. If their program is advertised that at different levels you receive different benefits it should be taken care of when there is a problem brought to their attention. I went in on 03/08/22 and spent just under $150.00 and it still reflects the standard point system. I recommend spending your money at other stores that follow their programs that are advertised and not supporting Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply is just across the street from my business but I will be willing to make a drive across town to be treated honestly. Not angry just very disappointed that there is not better customer service that exists at the corporate level of a large chain like Tractor Supply. They will tell you that they are working on the problem but after a week of working on it this should be resolved. I recommend Cal Ranch, Ace Hardware or any Maw and Pop store over Tractor supply at this point.

Where do I begin this review. I was so excited that tractor supply offered a paddleboat. We had planned a family vacation to go camping by a lake and was excited to have the boat join us. I ordered this in June. It was supposed to be delivered July 1. Then it got delayed to July 6. Then it got lost. Then I got refunded and re-ordered another one the pictures below are the other one. It was in so damage I returned it and got a full refund. We have had nothing but trouble going back-and-forth endless emails back-and-forth phone conversations. In August the Lost one showed up I called they knew nothing about it. I am now returning that one because for me in order to purchase it he wanted me to come into the store with the boat which was at least 60+ miles away.I do have to say some of the people I spoke to were very kind and understanding. But the company itself bad business.

Not hardly an employee to assist. .. even when you have the only visible employee (the cashier) page them on the intercom.Once another employee arrived they seemed perturbed and only wanting to argue instead of assisting. Then proceeded to just ignore us and moved to answer calls and ask other customers what she could do to help them.Very unprofessional..... disappointing service from a store we used to really like
