I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma, and calling several dealerships. Once I spoke with Christian at Phol Meador I was hooked, He provided me with every detail I could give him and had alot of suggestions to help me find the perfect vehicle. He was quick to respond to ALL my calls and text and answered every question I had. When the perfect vehicle that matched my needs became available Christian was on the phone with me immediately to get it secured. At time of pick it He was very thorough and walked us through every detail of the purchase and spent extra time going through the vehicle details with us. I give Christian and Phil Meador a solid 11 out of 10. you can't go wrong at that dealership and definitely request Christian he will assure you get your car and provide excellent customer service. Best salesman ever.

My wife and I ordered a new car from Tad. He was really easy to work with and honest through the whole process. He provided me his cell phone number if I needed anything and is very responsive. I also worked with his sale manager Casey. Casey was also a straight shooter and a really nice guy. In an industry filled with people that like to play games; it is refreshing to deal with both of these guys. I would definitely buy a car from Toyota Pocatello and I would ask for Tad.

this place is AMAZING! I bought my 2016 Toyota 4runner 2 years ago and my warrantee had expired. however my tire light kept coming on so I took it in too see what was wrong and the service tec located a large nail in my tire. they are so amazing they were able to fix it FOR FREE!!!

So this is an interesting review because I haven't purchased a truck from Phil Meador (yet), and I've been networking with a handful of Toyota dealerships across the region, but I had to share my recent experience with Jesse Howell, one of their all-star sales people. I'm currently driving an 06 Tundra with 275k and leasing an '18 CrewMax. I've been working with Jesse off and on for the last four months and I can't sing his praises enough. I've owned four Toyota trucks and another five Toyota vehicles over the years and I've worked with a number of dealerships throughout the Idaho, Montana, Utah, Washington region, and never have I come across or had the privilege of working with a sales person as honest and professional as Jesse. This man is a true professional and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He's responsive, thoughtful, understanding, and truly works his tail off to get results for his clients. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I can't recommend Jesse and Phil Meador enough. I can't speak for all of Phil Meador's sale people, but I can say without a doubt, that Jesse is a class act and true professional who makes truck shopping from afar easy, straightforward and enjoyable. This man should be doing tutorials for Toyota sale people throughout the region. Thank you Jesse for providing such a positive truck shopping experience.
