Scott and his team were completely booked but knew I was in trouble, so they made room in their schedule to help me. They quickly repaired my car's exhaust system, which involved custom pipe prep, as well as a tuneup, which was also desperately needed. “When in a pinch, of who to trust with a tire situation, I passed my two regular tire shops to go here, in hope. Upon arrival, in my work truck, with a trailer needing 4 tires, a great gentleman (Jason, I believe) came out to offer assistance. I had the original tire that blew, causing me issues, replaced just Friday the week before. Today is Wednesday and my guys were going out of town for a job and that tire blew out (done by unnamed competitor.) I notice in the fiasco this morning that between my other 2 normal shops I have 3 different sized tires on this 4 tire trailer. Oh brother!

So Jason came out , asked if I had been helped or needed helping. He took the time out his day to let me feel heard out on my concerns of tire sizing maybe needing to be smaller , wheel wells not being reinstalled correctly (that had rubbed tire walls) & the mismatched tires. He took the opportunity to educate me on the tires sizing and ply and how it was relative to my application for this work trailer. I really appreciated the experience all-together , after a few days of some frustrating things!”

“Shopped around everywhere for tires for two weeks almost and within a 5 minute call to Winston here I had all the answers I searched for and got the most badass tires on my yukon and tacoma! Winston and Mason provided amazing customer service, were prompt and professional as well as super friendly.I had a leak issue (wound up being my rim) and Kelden and the man at the front desk (short hair, mustache, glasses) were equally amazing! “Everyone there were great, I had gotten a flat and had to put my spare on and on my van that's a real pain, so I took my flat tire to Les Schwabs and not only did they fix it they put it back on the van and put the spare back in the under body mount. When they were done Apollo and I were standing at the counter while the technician was typing on the computer and he asked if I needed a receipt I said no I didn't then he laid my keys on the counter and walk over and was doing something on another computer and walked back to the shop at that time the very nice young lady behind the counter was giving loving to Apollo and I asked what do I owe for the service and she replied nothing and have a nice day”
