Bed bugs!!!!....tried to contact the hotel directly without leaving a negative review so they could do the right thing and clean up the rooms, but got no response, so beware.

This motel has bed bugs. I stayed for a few days which cost hundreds of dollars and when I found the bed bugs and decided to leave I informed the manager.Basically just shrugged it off like "Oh well.... Not even a partial refund or offer to pay for my clothing and bags to be cleaned.

Lady at desk very rude, not helpful an 3 very large great danes are able to run freely thru office while checking in an they get a kick out of scaring the guest, not professional.

Stayed there 10/09/23. Woke up with bed bug bites all over any exposed skin. Took a quick shower and got out of there right away. Would not recommend.

They lied about damages to room. And make things up to charge your card money. Never again will I stay there for any reason.... the new owners are rude greedy and will make up things to put money in their pockets. This place is dumb.

Older hotel but very clean and very accommodating. The lady at the front desk is super friendly. Would definitely stay there again next time we're in Pocatello.

Pet friendly and people friendly with a fridge and a microwave! With wifi...Half the price of another pet friendly place we've stayed at before!

They are crooked. Trying to pass off bath salt as drugs to kick me out. So they can keep the state money and rent the room. Im not the first.

This spot met our basic needs - a clean place to shower and sleep with 2 dogs. There is no real place to walk dogs. A little square of grass by the sidewalk on a busy road does not work for a large dog. Parking lot was tight and the road is a one-way with an alley behind. We did ask for and get a ground floor room. Some of the rooms are full-time rentals. Felt a little uncomfortable in the area. It is only blocks from the college.

I was about to do a review about how quiet and peaceful our stay was here. Unfortunately I can't do that. After checking out the manager called and accused my girlfriend and I of stealing their towels. Then charged me 12 bucks. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone unless you take the manager to your room at check in and take inventory. What a dump

Let's lay it out on the line. It's old and yet a young family has taken on the loving mission of fixing up this old beauty. You can see improvement s all over. The curtains may be old and yet the bed was so comfortable with new clean bedding. You get what you pay for and I feel we got a bit more than we paid for. The new fridge and microwave are also a big bonus. Now the staff they are also wonderful. Nice family, sweet house keeping staff.

They have updated their rooms and the owner is such an amazing person and was so good to our family.
