Devin Pearson did his job very well. He took time to answer all of my questions. He wasn't at all pushy. He was very affable and pleasant. I'm will definitely recommend him to any friends or family looking to buy a car.

The car buying experience at Stone Hyundai with Rick Porter was the best we have ever experienced. From the no pressure test drive and his willingness to answer our questions to the no haggling, no nonsense pricing was just the best ever! He made us feel like we were his top priority. He spent time after our purchase to make sure we understood all the bells and whistles our Tuscon encompassed.

Service center completely sucks! Went in for oil change services and came out with a damaged car. They took a box cutter to the cover underneath my car and proceeded to cut off what holds it up! Instead of simply unscrewing it! ONE SIDE!! And they knew I was leaving out of town! Just because I’m a girl you guys clearly think I’m stupid or what, Josh?! Like what was the reason behind you guys damaging my car for??!

Brian and Vince at Stone's Hyundai were amazing! Out of all of my new vehicle purchases (almost 20) I have never had such a seamless, efficient, professional and all around great experience. No games, no hassle, no pressure. These guys are amazing and I will definitely be back when I'm ready for a new vehicle! Thank you SO much! :)

Without question the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Vince Stirling our salesman was outstanding. He was extremely informative but with no pressure to buy. From the first time I interacted with Stones Hyundai in Pocatello over a year ago, I knew they were going to be an auto store that I could deal with. They are not high pressure like others I had dealt with and when I finally decided to purchase my new 2024 Palisade Calligraphy it was no different. My salesman (Devin Pearson) was first rate in every respect. No high pressure. We the Palisade for a long test drive and when we finished he simply said let me know when you are ready to purchase. At that point I was ready and we closed the deal. Stones is a dealership that you can do business with for life.

The reason why I would recommend Hyundai to others is because of Mr. Garrett and his team. I've been a Dodge/Ram owner for 35 years. So, for me to switch to Hyundai, there has to be exceptional service from the day I buy a vehicle to answering questions, and then service, and lastly, the product. Why product last? Because if you have the characteristics mentioned above, that tells me there is a good product that all the people on the team believe in, and that makes me trust the brand. Every level at MrGarrett's dealership goes beyond my expectations, not many dealership managers can do that. And, he does.

I looked at ALOT of dealerships and cars while trying to find a car to buy. The things I loved most about Stones Hyundai:1--My salesman, Vince, was always quick to respond to my questions, but was never pushy or annoying. He let me make my decision.2--Test drive without a salesman riding with me.3--Free lifetime carwashes4--Extras were offered at financing, but not pushed hard. The Hyundai we bought has been a good car. However, if you would like to own your car for well over a year and never receive the second key that the salesman said would take a couple of months to get to you, you should probably buy from this dealership. Do not expect them to help you at all once you purchase a vehicle.

Garrett was a great and easy person to deal with. The car buying experience was quick and painless. Got me in and out with a new car in under an hour and a half. Would recommend anyone to use this dealership based on my experience. We drove from Idaho Falls and were not disappointed.

I believe l bought my 2024 Santa Cruz XRT at Stone's Hyundai at a fair, no hassle price; and l received a fair allowance for my trade. Garrett was pleasant, very knowledgable about the XRT, and did not pressure my wife and l during our buying experience. Reed, the GM, was pleasant, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout. We think everyone involved tried their best to be straight forward, and addressed us as people rather than a "fast sell" throughout. We're glad we made the 120 mile drive to Stone's.

He did everything possible to put the deal together, and I will be recommending your dealership and, in particular, Rick, to anyone and everyone who is considering buying a new vehicle. Needless to say, the 2024 Tucson Limited Hybrid is ""so sweet".
