I'm a return customer! I'll always come here. They've take great care of my car. My latest, someone at the grocery store side swiped me pulling out. I took it to Superior for dent repair and a quarter sticker. Upon further investigation, they discovered that the decals that were on there, weren't decals at all, rather some sort of undercoating material pretending to be decals. They scraped the pretend decals off with a pile of effort, and not only fixed and paint matched the dent, but applied the correct decals. I hope, it's a awhile before I need ya'll again, but I will be back if the need arises. I thank you, and my car does too!

I'd definitely recommend this shop for any paint and body work! Very friendly, communicative, and solid work.
A coworker backed into my car at work, but left her information thankfully. She had Farmers insurance and Superior Paint and Body are a Farmers certified shop, so that made the process smoother than I imagine a non-certified shop!
They took pictures of my car and wrote up an estimate. Then it was in Farmers hands. Once Farmers approved the repair I took my car down, they gave me a ride over to Enterprise for a rental, I was kept up to date on what stage my car was at in repair as well as an estimated finish date. It was done in 5 business days, so I was pleasantly surprised on how quick it was done! The car looks brand new, getting in had that fresh new smell as well, I received a warranty booklet for the reapplication of the clear bra, as well as a little thing of Paint Touch up and a paint matched hot wheels car as a souvenir!
All in all a great experience!

well was looking around for a body shop to take care of the rust on the bed of my truck . but after hearing the reviews of this place , and the new owner that doesn’t take responsibility or care about his actions, it was a good idea for me to stay away from this place . so if your reading the reviews and hear from other people that this place is no good i’d believe them !!!

Do not, and I repeat DO NOT bring your vehicles here. I apologize for this long review, but it is needed. We brought our vehicle here back in July of 2023, due to an accident in June involving a deer. Since the beginning we were hesitant to bring it here, but it was the “better” choice of in-network shops through our insurance. Our vehicle was ready a month after dropping it off to them, and as soon as we saw it there were already problems that we noticed. During the deer impact our drivers side headlight broke. This was the first thing we noticed while assessing the vehicle for damage after the impact. When we mentioned it to them, they said “oh well we must have missed that.” How could have they missed that when you can clearly see the condensation building up due to the crack on the headlight?! They said they would get it fixed, but they have to send it to insurance. The person seemed super annoyed that we were telling him this he mentioned “since the impact wasn’t to that side the deer may have not caused that damage.” That within itself was an awful explanation, how could the deer not have broken the headlight when the impact was done the front of the vehicle. Well we left not happy at all with what we went through while picking it up. We also noticed that the vehicle was dirty. Spider webs, dust, mud, you name it. You would think a body shop would put detail into making a vehicle look a little put together after they’ve had it for so long. Not even 2 days after driving from their shop, our A/C starts making a weird noise and it stops blowing cold air. When we dropped off the vehicle for the headlight replacement we notified them about the noise we were hearing and that it was also not working properly. They knew that we had issues with the A/C after the impact, we notified them about this when we originally dropped the car off in July. So it was surprising when the A/C started failing. We go back to them when they received the headlight and we notified them about the A/C. They “checked the Freon levels” which according to them were right where they needed to be, and then they say “we fixed everything that was damaged and everything looks good with the A/C” we then asked them “how come it’s not working then.” We received no answer, they just told us that they don’t specialize in A/C’s so they could not fully help us. After fighting with our insurance trying to get them to get this problem solved, we were finally able to get it into the dealership to figure everything out. We go to the dealership and get it checked, within 30 minutes lo and behold our vehicle had .5 pounds of Freon when it requires 3 pounds, 3!!! We took it to the dealership 1 week after, so how is it possible if they “checked everything.” From that point we’re just DONE. Done dealing with a terrible body shop. Well fast forward to November, we discovered that the engine clips were just placed inside their spot and are, from what we believe, the incorrect size. We discovered this while getting an oil change. Fast forward again to now, February. We have just made the most horrendous discovery. Our passenger center axle nut and hub cover have come off. This is not only dangerous, but deadly. It is deadly to not only us, but to other travelers on the road. The whole assembly could have come completely OFF! Thankfully no one was injured, and we made this discovery sooner rather than later. This shop is the only shop that has worked on that axle. Something like that does not just happen. We are horrified, disappointed, and angry with the work(damage) that has been done to our vehicle. Upon checking further with a mechanic it appears they have used “recycled” parts. We were expecting new parts especially on high usage areas like axles and bearings. With all of that I will repeat to you again I DO NOT recommend this shop to ANYONE!!!

They did a great job on the specific repair “ paint and body”, but since the accident there was a noise coming from the front end and possibly jarred my air conditioning, they got all their money8000$,but DIDNT fix the noise in the front tire wich was hit on impact, or the noise coming from that same side, I’m so dissatisfied they also stole a pair of 300$ sunglasses out of my visor I know they were there because I was going to go back and get them after I got my rental car, I knew in my heart I should t have left them and thought no it’s safe nobody will steal from my car ! I’m so freaking pissed they wouldn’t even work with me on the 500$ deductible after they perused and got 6000$ more in supplement checks, and the car is also still making the same noise. I’m so disssapointed I don’t recommend leaving anything of value in your car while getting repaired at that shop because someone did take this 300+ Oakley sunglasses. I called back two weeks later to see if someone had found them or turned them in and they don’t know a thing, it disgusts me that theirs people out there running businesses and think that this is ok I wouldn’t refer anyone to them especially for not making it right with me, and nit fixing the noise coming from the tire Or air conditioning that ma have jarred the pully idk I’m just not ok with thieves

I called this place literally every day for at least a month if not every day every other day I emailed them and left messages not once. Did they ever get back to me I even talked to a guy 3 times about getting an estimate and they still did not get back to me And every time I talk to him, he would say he’d call me back and never once did he. And the really funny thing about this whole thing is I had told him I had five grand waiting for him just to get back to me about the estimate and get to work on my car. They still did not. What kind of business is this? Like seriously?

Oh, I really honestly don’t even understand why this business is called superior. Its real name should be “Subpar” or “If at all”. I have emailed them and called them numerous times. I was just trying to get a quote on the damage done on my vehicle but they couldn’t even do that yet alone return my calls or my emails.

Absolutely amazing service! Brought my car here after getting backed into by a neighbor, and the experience could not have been easier. Not only did they handle the repair, but they also helped me through more of the process than the insurance company responsible for the payments. And when more damage was found during the repair, they worked with the insurance company directly for me. Amazing repair work and the friendliest staff.
