cigarette price posted as 5.64 a pack if you buy 2 still charged 6.64 even after I pointed it out was pretty told oh well

Your customer service today was awful. I tried to get the gentleman and lady who worked there attention about the mountain dew in fountain drink being out and they saw me but ignored me. I decided to buy a bottle mountain dew and once in line I told the gentleman who saw me again that it was out he ignored me and walked off and the young lady working at counter did not acknowledge any customer even to what I told the other worker. Worst customer service plus no worker acknowledging a customer how they doing or anything. They seem like they don't care for the customers or their job

If I could rate negative I would. I went there last night and bought drinks and a lotto ticket. Guy at the counter didn't give me my ticket. Also multiple rips in my bag. I called after I left and was told I could come by the next day to get one on him. Showed up and was told the manager reviewed the cameras and that he handed it to me. I was handed a receipt.. not a lotto ticket. Terrible service. Stealing money from their customers and not making up for their mistakes. The mannerism was quite rude as well. Pretty sure their owner wouldn't appreciate it one bit.

Customer service makes the difference. This is a standard C-store with everything you'd expect--and more, because it was super-clean. But this store is not on a big freeway interchange. It's tucked back into a neighborhood, and there was obviously neighborhood traffic (kids on bikes) at the store. So maybe that's why they hire good customer service staff. The lady at the register was very friendly. She was not mechanical in her work, but talking to customers as she (still efficiently) rang stuff up. While I was there a little kid placed a large fountain drink on the counter and then, while grabbing something else, knocked over that drink. Some spilled, but the employee deftly put the drink upright, pulled out a towel, quietly wiped up the spill, and then calmly smiled and said, "Crisis averted!" I was blown away because anybody else would have either reacted in a more startled way or maybe even scolded the kid for playing around and knocking over the drink. Not that lady. She was cool and smiling and "don't cry over spilled soda" forgiving.

This little gas station store is great! I love them because it is so close to the town houses, anyone living there will be able to visit quickly and the store has tons of products for fast needs. I have gone there to grab milk or wine. It is a nice big store, kept clean, and kind employees. Also, there is a USA today newspaper box out front.
