Definitely shop at Sterling battery company the battery my son needed for his car nowhere else in town had in stock. It looks like we were going to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for him to have a battery we were so worried that we were going to have to rent a car until we could get a battery for his car but that was not the case. Sterling had the battery not only did they have the battery it was the most reasonably priced place to get the battery. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You leave here with a smile on your face good quality service. This is one of the great reasons I love shopping local you get to meet the amazing people like we've got two at Sterling and you get amazing service I just have not had this type of service at other places that are in Pocatello definitely worth shopping here for your battery needs.

The battery in our car went out today so I stopped into Sterling. Louie provided me with clear options between new vs refurbished, and he even went so far as to swap the battery out for me. Now, it's admittedly not a difficult thing to do, but I've changed enough batteries and ruined enough clothing (from battery acid) over the years that I really appreciated that extra bit of service. Prices were reasonable. I won't hesitate to buy a battery from Sterling again, whether it's for a car, motorcycle, RV, etc. Great experience.

I took a bad battery into these guys. It was under warranty so they swapped it out. Whenever I buy batteries I will think of them first.
