Worst internet I’ve ever had , I get kicked off my tv constantly it’ll boot me off of Hulu, Netflix, hbo etc and it doesn’t load well. I’d say your prob better off with ANY internet other than this one

I’m very pleased with the service I received as well as the speed of the internet. We had Fibercom for a year here and it was problem after problem now I wish I’d made the switch sooner! Highly recommend!

If I could I would give these POS’s 0 for their stars. They’re not even good enough to deserve one star. Literally wouldn’t waste your time with Sparklight. They’re a joke and they secretly charge you extra. I’m supposed to be paying $30/mo and instead I’m paying $100/mo. They do not notify you of any changes and every other week they’ll shut your service off and add an additional $78 to turn back on ? sparklight you’re a joke and a scam!

3 failed attempts at fixing my dial up internet speed. Over a month without even being able to check my email on my internet. Still saying noisy lines and not fixed. Don't use Sparklite if you live in the 83201 zip code near Olympus.

It has been great internet, the set up process was very interesting I had to get transferred to three different people just to set up my internet. They also tried to upgrade my account 3 different times, that was kind of frustrating. But most of the people I talked with were friendly.
