“I drive across town - past two other post offices closer to me - to go to this post office. Mario is so kind and helpful, there is rarely a line and it’s always spotless. I’ve never had such a positive post Office experience, hence why I’m on here writing a review. Best kept secret in town!”

“I come here frequently for Amazon returns and occasionally to ship something.
They are always slammed, and at the time of this visit, there was a Microsoft outage that took out all but one of their computers.
Despite this, Bard, the employee running the counter, was hands down the best interaction I've had at ANY shipping company in town.
He was extremely friendly, felt very genuine, and despite the line to the door and the added stress, was one of the most professional, nicest interactions I've had with an employee of an establishment. As I waited in line I listened to him help an older lady in front of me. If I'd been told it, I would have believed he was speaking to his grandmother.
Fantastic employee, give that guy a raise.”
“I don’t like picking up packages, but when I do this location is good. Quick and friendly folks and no lines. So if you have the misfortune of having to pick up a package rather than have delivery this is probably the best place to do so.”
“Jason, our mailman, is the coolest, kindest, most professional and overall awesome human being and an incredible asset to the USPS! Makes me feel like we get to experience the nostalgia from when people knew their mailman and he knew them.Hes a hard friggin worker and has to go up a hill, climbing many stairs to get to our door. He carried a 200lb weight set to us while he could have left it at the bottom of the steps. But he had a smile on his face and said, "Hey, its great exercise!".I have meant to write a review for a while as this dude deserves it! Dont get me wrong...i have found all the USPS employees in this town to be fantastic...truly! Jason, however, is the man!”

“I have never had a problem with USPS. People complain about talking to a live person not a bot but I think a lot companies use a bot or virtual agent first before they transfer you to a real person. USPS Rocks!”
