Wow! What wonderful staff you have to help customers. Karen helped us with my Dad's prescription needs. She was so very kind and understanding on the phone before coming into the shop. She answered all our questions and concerns. Thank you so very much! We will look forward to see you again.

When I filled the order, they said it would be ready later that day and they would text, they didn't, then today I got a call and they said they were just filling it and it would be ready in a few hours and they would text, the pharmacy is now closed and I didn't get any texts tomorrow is Sunday and there closed, and I needed the prescription yesterday. Not a Reliable Pharmacy at all.

I am only giving one star because 0 was not an option! I have tried for 3 days to fill a compound. The first day they told me over the phone it would be ready today. Showed up that day and guess what not ready! Got a text the second day that it was ready. Showed up to get it just before 6. They were closed already and couldn’t get my meds!! It’s before 6 why is your till closed and refuse to help a customer whose meds are ready!! Plus this pharmacy won’t even take or process any insurance! First and last time using them! They clearly don’t care about customers here!! Good luck getting me to come pick up and pay for this $200 compound. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

I was a customer for several years and they decided to get out of the Pharmacy game no notice, except after the fact telling me that they sent my prescriptions to Walgreens after the relationship we had that's how they wanted to deal with it up to that point it was the greatest pharmacy. They were nice and professional, but they should've given their customers warning, they caused quite the ordeal with my prescriptions. Wish they would've dealt with it better.

We were using Shaver Pharmacy for our compounding needs. All of a sudden two years ago, the cost went from a $10 copay to over $80 for one and about $60 for another. We complained and were told that they weren't charging insurance because it would be more costly to charge insurance than just to pay for it. We just switched pharmacies and found when the new pharmacy charged the insurance there was zero copay. Now we are getting our compounding prescriptions for free. We spent hundreds of dollars needlessly thanks to Shaver.

Amazing customer service, they are a compounding pharmacy. They sell home heath, medical equipment. You can find other home health items like diabetic shoes and socks, scubs and many gift items from hallmark and many others.

I received a text asking if I wanted the pharmacy to get a prescription refill for me. I said yes but I was never notified that my prescription was ready for pick up. I need that medication so I saw my doctor today and he told me he sent the prescription two weeks ago. I’m all about supporting local business but this wasn’t the first time a mistake was made.

After using Shavers almost 20 years, got a text saying they no longer filling perscriptions and that my scripts are at Walgrens! Without notice,/without auth and Walgrens not even on my Ins. THEN trying to call them they BLOCKED calls and forwarded the number to Walgrens! After 45 min on hold I found I was talking to Walgrens, not Shavers. I can't believe Lori would do the community this way! Its not like she came in one day and decided this. No notice to customers, and bombarded Walgrens with the dumping of all scripts. Thats how they treat loyal customers. WALGRENS is doing their best to answer calls and has MANY scripts that now have to be forwarded someplace else, not only flooding Walgrens but shuffling off THEIR responsiblity that they should have handled but causing many hardships on people that now have a delay for medsI got my meds, shots, vitamins, and other stuff i will no longer do. I guess when you grow your business so big off backs of loyal customers that you look more like a dept store you can dump them. I have never seen a business handle something so horrid and cowardly! Congratulations!

I have been with Shavers for 20yrs. They always have my bubble packs & bottle meds correct. I went Ed Snell's pharmacy for two 1/2 recent months of July-Sept.. Ed Snells mixed together my morning and nights meds. Ed Snell's still would not listen to the instructions of my Dr.s, my instructions, my Case Workers instruction and Ed Snells lied saying thats what my Dr. prescribed. This is a lie. Shavers is the best for bubble packing....

Sooooo much better than having to go to Walmart for prescriptions. The staff are always friendly and I really appreciate the drive though. My only complaint is that they can sometimes run a bit slow, but the wait is worth it to me for superior customer service.
