“They have Great customer service. There prices are reasonable, location is extremely clean and secure, but one of my favorite things is there is 24 7 access and that works great for me since sometimes things happen late at night and you need that one thing that's in the storage. Great place to due business.”

“Was helped by a young lady named Tiffany to rent a U Haul for a cross country move. She was not only super nice but was extremely helpful. She got one brought down immediately and told me everything I needed to know, provided me with tons of helpful information as to how to correctly pack the truck, where to put tie downs, etc. I would highly recommend going to Storage Plus for any U Haul or storage needs and ask for Tiffany.”

“Friendly owner and staff. Have been very responsive to any issues we have had. Not gated but does have cameras and lock systems that would be difficult to get into. They have big units and unfortunately prices have increased recently. It seems they have a few units that people sell stuff out of and or live in. Would like to see that issue resolved but otherwise very happy.”

“I have stored my personal stuff at big johns mini storage for over 25 years. They have been nothing but fantastic with me. They’ve treated me like their own child. They have amazing rates and quick customer service. They also have a camera system set up at their units that gives me that extra peace of mind when it comes to protecting my personal belongings. Their lock system is also very protective since someone with standard bolt cutters can’t just break into any unit. I will continue to store my belongings with Big Johns for years to come! VERY satisfied customer.”

“Everything was Absolutely Amazing! The storage areas were very clean and secure and the staff were all really Awesome people and very helpful. One time, I didn't have my lock on properly and was notified right away, I really appreciated that! The staff at U-Haul are ALWAYS looking out for you. I am super impressed! I would highly recommend this place.”
“Update: After U-Haul apparently read this review they refunded the amount that I had been over charged and am happy to still have respect for this company and realize they can't control everything their employees do at the time. I will change the rating once again to the reputable company I had known them to be for multiple decades I've done business with them. END of UPDATE...I'll never rent from this company again as they charge extra fees that they do not tell you about and then try a turn it around on you that it's somehow your fault. No longer a reputable company.”

They were full, but he managed to free up his personal locker for a week for me. Easy drop off, easier pick up, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their facility. Beyond excellent service!”
