First appointment had to be rescheduled due to the windshield not arriving on the truck on time, which I fully understand. However, the following appointment was scheduled to be done at my house, so that we didn’t have to wait in their waiting room (this was our only vehicle so we had to wait with the vehicle), but they had to move it in shop. Arrived at 8am, our scheduled time, the first car to arrive, and we still ended up waiting over two and a half hours (after we were told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour). During this time we watched two other cars get done with windshield replacement, who were owned by people not having to wait in the waiting room. I hate complaining, but this is straight up annoying.

I had a windshield replacement scheduled with a drop off of “ all day’” I dropped my vehicle off at 8am. I was told I would get a call when my windshield was done and I assume this would be before 5 PM which is when the business closes , when I did not receive a phone call at 4:45. I began to get worried that I would not be able to get my vehicle. After attempting to call the local number, All was able to do was get an automated message and not able to actually speak to somebody locally. With no other choice, I drove down to the business, arriving at 4:55 and seeing that my truck had not been fixed and it had been parked in the same location when I dropped it off. I spoke to the lady at the counter and then the technician who informed me that he had gotten behind on another vehicle and it was still planning on fixing it , and said that they don’t leave until all the work is done. I told him this is fine however you guys should’ve given me a courtesy call to tell me that you hadn’t even gotten to my vehicle, now you want me to wait longer so you can fix it and then I have to come back again later on , totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I should’ve checked the reviews before I brought my vehicle here. I see that I’m not the only unsatisfied person that’s walked through your doors never again.

Had a door window changed on my Volkswagen technician damaged my panels installed window seal improperly, had to get another technician come out repair the problem he created and yet they have not replaced the panel that is now damaged. Also I now have wind noise. Take your vehicle to someone else

Roomate had his window replaced and they did a great job on that but didn't bother to clean up the glass they spread everywhere in the process. Had to spend the time cleaning up the mess they made so I don't have to worry about my dog stepped on shards of glass or my tires being popped. Refuse to ever go to this company if this is their idea of a good job.

They replaced my windshield on my 2014 jeep and wow it was fast and in my own driveway the tech that came out was super nice

During my recent windshield replacement, the technician broke the line that feeds the windshield wiper fluid to the wipers. He made a feeble attempt to tape it back together with red electrical tape. It leaks badly! And even worse, the new windshield wasn't properly seated in the grooves, leaving a gap large enough for water to leak into the engine compartment. I expected more professionalism. Very disappointed!

Simple rock chip repair and they made it worse, causing it to spread. I should’ve gone someplace else to fix it. I gave the tech an opportunity to come clean, yet he continued to lie about the damage he caused.
