I had no idea there was a Ross in Pocatello. I moved here about a year ago, I find out there was, I went there today and spent $350 Thestaff upfront was just not friendly at all. When I walked in, I heard a young girl asking somebody to sign up for the credit card and stuff and they didn’t mention a thing about it to me. There was two different people working the registers and neither one of them said anything. So I asked and it was so obvious because it was slow that they were both annoyed that they had to actually work. So when I asked about the credit card, he just acted like it was such a pain so obviously I did not get a credit card. I will also not be shopping at Ross. I will go back to TJ Maxx they’re a little bit more expensive but I would much rather have people be friendly, I would rather be appreciated than act like I’m just a bother.

Probably the best Ross I've been to. Definitely organized to an extent (like most Ross stores). The difference with this one is that it seems cleaner. Other ones I've been to don't usually upkeep with cleanliness.

Always has a great selection. I never leave empty handed. FYI they are extremely busy and messy on the weekends.
