I became homeless because of the lies I was told by Kelsy. She mislead me to believe I was going to be able to get into the home just to get a run around and straight lies. I write this to let you all know if you feel that someone is not wanting to work with you find someone else. From my experience now in a beautiful 3 bedroom home with a great landlord. You will get what you deserve don't let people like her and her way of managing run your life. I also never got my pet fee back. She was all about making sure I had money. I did and she couldn't follow through withWhat she said. I added screen shoots since I know she will try to lie about this.

I'm a landlord and I'm using this company to manage my property for years! Really happy with them and their professionalism. Tenants are upset because they are forced to be accountable for the damages and follow the agreement they have signed. GREAT work on RPM end! Highly recommend this company!

So far so good .. easy to apply... fast to accept ... Up front cost no sprung cost they didn't talk about before hand (walk in surprise cost)... The ladies have been very nice and quick to answer questions I'll keep an update how it goes...

They only care about collecting money and don't give two "F" about their tenants. Their customer service is terrible and they won't help you when there are issues. I highly suggest going somewhere else!

They have unethical business practices, and they are not in your side. Be aware of every detail in your contract or you could end up paying a lot for their services.

I submitted an application on July 12th and did not receive any sort of correspondence until today, August 1st. I called a few times during this first week it was submitted to try and get an estimate of when they would process my application and to ask general questions about how the application process worked since I had not gone through RPM before. Kelsey was not kind and very abrasive when I called in. It was obvious that she did not want to be on the phone. I stopped calling after July 17th and decided to look elsewhere for housing since I was in need of a place by the beginning of August. I was able to find a better place at a better price AND sign a lease a week before she even messaged me to ask if I was still interested. I wouldn't use Real Property Management unless you like waiting in limbo for 3 weeks.Edit- I wanted to add that after reading through some of these reviews, they are not only unprofessional on the phone, but they are also very unprofessional in their online conduct and how they respond to negative reviews.

If real management still have the same staff from when they were called Remwest, run, because those women in the front office were crooks. They were heartless and tried any trick and lies to lock you down with a lease. I am still upset with these people for attempting to swindle me out of my hard earned money. Very immoral practices.

We've been renting from this company for almost a year. They are by far the most unprofessional property management company we've ever had to deal with. The employees and the manager are incredibly rude and refuse to issue any proof of payments after a tenant pays their rent and specifically asks for a receipt. There have been multiple occasions where the rent is then posted the following day or two later after we have paid and only changed when we sent a picture of our money order with the correct date. Only after repeatedly asking and showing proof off of THEIR OWN website that says receipts can be printed upon request, do they begrudgingly issue one. Not to mention if you need anything worked on, you'll probably just have an open maintenance request sitting unfinished for 6-7 months.100/10 would never recommend anyone rent from this company.

They'll charge you for damages that aren't even there. They were selling the place we were staying at and MULTIPLE times had realtors just walking into our house without notice. I was literally getting out of the shower when one showed up to show the house. This company deserves to go under and reimburse all of their previous and current clients.Update: DON'T BUY THEIR LITTLE COPY AND PASTE COMMENTS THEY KEEP LEAVING AROUND ON REVIEWS. I wanna come here and say I almost guarantee most their 5 star reviews are either paid off or bots. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS. They are crooks to the 10th degree. They're the absolute worse. Still haven't been reimbursed for them jacking our security deposit and lying about damages that weren't there. If anything, I'd be cool to band up with a few other tenants, previous and/or current, and try to take them down cause they don't deserve the money they rob from us.
