Vern is awesome. He has helped me personally on more than a few occasions. Everyone there is always friendly and eager to help. I love this place and recommend it to anyone looking to get anything they might need. My 8 year old daughter loves to come along and check out all the cool things they have. If they had a 10 star option, this place would get it!

Me & my mom came in and bought a tablet for my little cousin, it ended up not working and we had to take it back. Vern was so nice he gave us a more expensive one to keep his customers happy. Such a great store & a great dude! Thank you Vern for helping out this holiday.

We hadn't been in a radio shack since we were kids! Before going we laughed as to why anyone would go to a radio shack nowadays... well we went in and I cannot believe we have gone to online shopping! I love this store! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! It was an amazing experience! We will be shopping in store and here now! This was the best experience! They won us over and as customers for life!

Always a great store!As for Sara Voorhees review it seems to make sense that you would not get a refund if the product was thrown away. I don’t know if any store that’s going to give you a refund if you don’t have the product.

I bought a packet of batteries for my car fob from here that were already dead. When my car fob still didn't work I took it to the dealership where they tested it and found the new battery was dead. They gave me a new battery and threw the dead battery away. I tried to return the battery pack to Radio Shack and explained my situation to the man at the counter, he would not return my $10 until I went and got the battery from the trash at the dealership. Terrible customer service over $10 worth of merchandise. I won't be back.

Needed the craziest fitting for my wife’s snowmobile helmet to make it heated. They had exact what I needed and were super knowledgeable on the product. Thank you for the help.
