“Update: After U-Haul apparently read this review they refunded the amount that I had been over charged and am happy to still have respect for this company and realize they can't control everything their employees do at the time. I will change the rating once again to the reputable company I had known them to be for multiple decades I've done business with them. END of UPDATE...I'll never rent from this company again as they charge extra fees that they do not tell you about and then try a turn it around on you that it's somehow your fault. No longer a reputable company.”

“The delivery driver was so great with making sure I didn't run out to the point of restarting my pilot because I let it get too low before ordering a delivery. He even told me how to switch to my reserve tanks if I get that low again. So much appreciated him delivering so late at night to make sure we didn't freeze. You guys rock! Awesome customer service as well.”
