Our sales guy was awesome. Troy Hopkins did a great job with us. We asked him about several things and to track down a few things and he was able to help with everything. It was a great experience for us and if you are going ask for Troy. He's not pushy and he's helpful.

Our experience at Cole Nissan was beyond amazing. The staff are professional and very welcoming. Tyler was our sales person who worked very hard for us. Hey made sure that we purchased a vehicle that was a good (perfect) choice for our needs. I will be a long time customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

We phoned a 10 days in advance (from South Africa) for a service on the car and for a towing hitch to be fitted. We were told by Tommy that all was in order. Late afternoon when we went to pick up the car, he nonchalant told us that Kia can't fit the towing hitch. Our traveling plans included a move from Idaho to Rhode Island (2400 mi) with a trailer, therefore needed the hitch. We were then sent to UHaul for the fitment of the towing hitch where Fed-ex messed up the delivery and we had to stay in Pocatello for 7 days, which meant less days for traveling to meet our deadline and extra cost for staying in hotels. It would have taken Tommy 5 min to phone me and told me they can't fit the hitch whereupon we could've organized before hand with UHaul to order the part.
NOT COOL TOMMY!!!!

We brought our 2022 KIA Stinger in for a factory recall. Also while at the dealership we coordinated purchasing the car, as the lease was about to expire. Each representative provided courteous and expert service. Terrell, the service advisor, Troy, the salesman, Amy, the financial officer, and Tom, the parts and service director were all exceptional in their respective areas and provided friendly knowledge, advice and counsel. Thank you all for the quality service and transaction on the fabulous Stinger!

I had communicated my interest in checking out a specific Nissan Versa and when my family and I arrived, they had the car out front and ready to go so we could get right into checking it out and test driving. After the test drive, they took time to answer all our questions and allowed us to go through as many vehicles as we wanted to check out. After that, the purchasing process was pretty quick and responsive so we were able to get out at a decent time.

Coles had the color vehicle I wanted but the interior color was not what I wanted. Troy said he would do a search for exactly what I wanted. I had already spent DAYS online searching for the vehicle that had everything I wanted, so I was not hopeful he would do any better finding one. Within 10 MINUTES of me leaving the lot he had found it! I was impressed. I purchased the vehicle the day it arrived. It did have a scratch on it that Troy noticed during HIS vehicle inspection and brought it to my attention but Troy said they would take care of that A.S.A.P..
Troy made my car buying experience perfect.

I am very disappointed in service at Kia in Pocatello Id. My son took his car in to get serviced there and they never put the bolts back in after service and the bottom of his car got ripped off, left multiple messages for GM, Sales Manger, also Service Manager and no one returns calls. No accountability

Without question the best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, no smoke and mirrors, no changing numbers. Just friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend them to everyone I know. We drove 2 hrs to their place, and would do it again. Worth it!
