charged $165 for a diagnosis that i had already given to them. basically didn't do anything to the car whatsoever overquoted the cost of the repair massively to pad their own pocket. instead ill install a $14 exterior sensor by myself in 30 mins instead of 8 hours of their shop time. they must be torquing down every single screw 15 times for what they quoted

I cannot thank the Nissan service department enough. Especially Wade! Also, thanks Amanda in parts! Today Nissan service quickly saved me after I had been stuck without a car a few days because my key fob was destroyed. I am not living in Pocatello, but I visit my family regularly. They have proven to me that Nissan service has my back when I am in a bad situation. They showed me compassion and understood my situation. I cannot express my thanks enough to Nissan today. Thank you for being there for me. I am happy to be your customer.

Went In WITH an appointment to see what was going on with a check engine light, SIX hours of waiting later they can't tell me what's wrong just that a parts been ordered, fast forward two weeks for the part to come in and for them to have someone "Qualified" to install it. Only to find out wrong part was ordered and couldn't be bothered with hooking up all the sensors. Two weeks later new part comes in, and it's not the right part. They overnight the (hopefully correct) part. Only to find out it's two and a half weeks before someone can install it. If I could give a less than zero review I would. I normally don't recommend places to people unless asked,but at this point I'm so pissed that I'm actively recommending people stay away.

I guess being disrespectful and condescending to customers is the thing to do .Then when you call them out over being freaking @$$holes they get all righteous on you . This wasn't just a one off either . Money all buddy ----- work needs done , just another number .

We recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Cruze and LOVE it, Scott was very detailed when test driving and was able to answer any questions I had as a first time buyer! We will definitely be returning for business in the future!

We purchased our Armada from this lot a few years ago. I have gone back for oil changes and maintenance over the years and I have to say the service department is very poor. Their records are poor, I have to keep copies of everything and remind them of previous problems that are under warranty. Today I went in for them to check a broken seat heater, I have had this appointment for a month. When I showed up they said they don’t have enough techs today but they can change my oil. I could have had my oil changed a month ago, I have been waiting to have the seat checked and they knew that! I do not recommend using them for anything.

Everyone is friendly and customer service is good. But service is so slow. Have had to wait 1.5 hours+ for an oil change and tire rotation on several occasions, even with an appointment. Seems much slower than other shops.Services: Oil change

The service staff at this location is beyond fantastic and very caring. I will be continuing to see them for any need with my Sportage. They have been kind and helpful anytime I have needed assistance since my husband passed away and he was the family machcanic.

Women, please be aware the service department will take advantage of you. Free tires for life I have and they were replaced with two different types of tires?. I always have issues with them last time they messed up they gave me a free oil change lol I have free oil for life so I couldn't use it. Have a man go in to complete services so you don't get taken Advantage of.Service: Tires

We had car trouble in the middle of a cross country trip, so we dropped into Cole Nissan Kia without an appointment during a very busy time for the service department. They squeezed us in anyway, knowing that the work we needed done was important and necessary for us to safely continue on our trip. Terrell made sure the work was done quickly and efficiently (even had time for a tire rotation!) while Christa saw to our every need while we waited. She even made two shuttle round trips to help get our family where we needed to go while our car was in the shop. Could not have been a better experience. This service department has its act together. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
