Went in to get a part, an employee had to go and get Lisa, when Lisa came over we were instantly met with attitude. And she acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. The entire time in there, she didn't want to help us figure out another item that was what we were looking for as an alternative. I'm not happy with how it went and I will be taking my money and time somewhere else.

This place has gone downhill!! Between the nasty attitudes of the store manager Lisa, and the counter guy talking down to customers about their cars.. because he "owns a porsche.." super unprofessional.
I have never been treated that poorly by anyone in our local auto parts stores. I spend thousands in parts locally every year, I will not be bringing my money to napa ever again.

Troy was my angel today. I locked myself out of my truck and tried everything to get into it. My last chance was Napa cause it was close. Troy was my night in shining armor, he not only purchase a kit to get me in my truck but let me run and use it. Thank God for sending such a kind man that went above and beyond for someone in need. That isn't something you find very often these days. But his kindness and customer service was so amazing and I am so grateful.

Had been to auto zone and o Reilly multiple times and didn’t have luck finding a high pressure power steering line for a restored vehicle without OE. Even ordered one that didn’t fit. Went to Napa, Lisa was great and got me what I needed by making a custom hose.

I went the the grand reopening and it was packed. Lots of people and lots of employees. They were giving out pizza, drinks, and door prizes. It was a great event and the store was very clean. Parking was pretty easy to navigate. I will be going back for parts in the future. Seems like a great addition to our community!
