I never thought of looking at appliances at Merlin before. But if you look at their ratings, they are recognized for their customer service and going the extra mile. We had a refrigerator go out and wanted/needed to replace it as soon as possible. Everywhere else I went in Pocatello the soonest that I could get set up for installing & delivery was anywhere from 4 days to a week out. I called in the store and talked to Troy and he said he was willing to work with me and they could deliver a refrigerator the next day. Their prices are definitely on par with every other place in town with the model of fridge that I was looking for. I gave them the measurements for the refrigerator that I needed and upon delivery, it was found that I had measured wrong, and the refrigerator was small for the opening. Troy offered to take the refrigerator back and get me the larger size fridge at the same cost. Extra time and effort on their part but amazing customer service! Definitely will be using them for all my appliance needs in the future!

We were looking for appliances and a new bed for our home that we’d just moved into. There were so many options and places to shop. We had looked a few places in town and surrounding areas. I’ve known Joe and Troy for many years, when we walked in, it felt comfortable. The entire time we were shopping, it was a positive experience. They knew so much about the products and were attentive to our questions to make sure they understood them thoroughly so they could most accurately answer. I was super impressed with the entire experience at Merlin’s and will go there again. We ended up with three TV’s, fridge, oven, microwave and a faux fire tv cabinet. Don’t hesitate to go and let them know your plans as they have solutions!

A totally new appliance shopping experience today! My old washer died this morning so I went to Merlin’s and met with joe who showed me several models and features and some brand new all in one technology. After patiently answering my questions and addressing my concerns I have decided that the all in one maybe just the ticket for us so they are also great at helping me out and it will be delivered this afternoon! I’m really excited that they could accommodate me so quickly on a holiday weekend!

I don't buy TVs often but this was the second one I've purchased there. I'm not one to drop 4-6k on a TV and never will. However, the guys at Merlins treat me as if I were. The 65" Qled was the right one for me. I appreciate the service and will continue my business with them.

New to the area and decided to stop in after looking through their website. Tanner was excellent help with his knowledge on the features of each of the TV's I was interested in. This was the best low pressure shopping experience I have had and would definitely recommend Tanner and the guys at Merlin's before going anywhere else.
