I'd give 10 stars to Master AutoTech of Pocatello if I could. I was on a roadtrip when my muffler pipe suddenly broke. Scott and his team were completely booked but knew I was in trouble, so they made room in their schedule to help me. They quickly repaired my car's exhaust system, which involved custom pipe prep, as well as a tuneup, which was also desperately needed. I was back on the road in just a few hours and had the perfect trip home. Thank you Scott for all your and your team's help today!! I intend to make my way back to Pocatello next time I need any maintenance or repairs. It's completely worth the 2 1/2-hour drive!!

Dependable, reliable, honest. I genuinely can't recommend these guys enough. Scott has helped us out countless times. We took in our old car when the engine light came on and he honestly informed us, "I could fix your car, but I'd do more harm than good. I'd recommend finding a new car." After we looked around a bit, we found a car we were interested in, and despite a completely packed schedule, scott managed to squeeze in a last minute inspection. Their guy spent 3 hours meticulously going over every inch of the car and they gave us their opinion on the sale. These guys are honest and hardworking, and will do everything they can to make sure you get the best work done on your car

I could not be happier!! I brought my car in to get my muffler replaced and get an oil change. I've never felt more comfortable and listened to going to a mechanic as a woman alone. I took it in for a quote last week and Scott was SO friendly and welcoming, and very respectful! The bill was WAY cheaper than I ever thought that repair would be!
My car was so loud when I dropped it off today, and it was so silent when I picked it up, I still don't even believe my car is on!
THANK YOU times a million to Scott and every person at this shop for your kind and efficient business! Highly recommend!

They got me in super quick to get my ac repaired! I was getting fit into the schedule some so I thought I would be dropping my car off for multiple days and was pleasantly surprised when I got the call that it was done the same day! The communication was great and I was well informed about cost before work was done. I would definitely take my car here again!

Dropped my car off on Monday and they said it would take a few days to get to my vehicle as they visibly had other vehicles ahead of mine. But they had it all done by Wednesday and so far everything seems to be fine

Needed repairs to the air conditioning system on our GMC Acadia, and called Master Auto Tech! They got us right in, replaced the Freon, tested it and it worked like new! Highly Recommend

Super nice service and very friendly/knowledgeable. Treated us with respect and integrity. Would not accept payment for an assessment for our busted exhaust which needed a custom replacement. Would not even accept payment for the storage of our vehicle for 5 days until it got picked up by the tow truck. You don’t meet people like these often anymore. Would wholeheartedly recommend a visit, they’ll treat you right.

We’ve used Master Auto Tech several times now and have always been impressed. They are quick to get our vehicles in, diagnosed, and the problem taken care of at affordable pricing. They don’t try to talk you into anything extra, it is always about what is necessary, and I truly appreciate that.
