We just switched my Mom over to Maags, because of the issues with getting her medication on time, if at all. We chose Maags from reviews, the fact that they are a local business, and they do bubble packs. We've found that they are VERY rude! I personally haven't seen one person care that my elderly mother has been without crucial medications for over 4 days. I will find her another place to get her medication, and I WILL NOT recommend Maags to anyone, I will tell them to go anywhere else, just not this pharmacy!

Just talked to Wendy on the phone. Her speech is so broken, she makes no sense and only knows insults. Her and the owner are absolutely terrible and need an attitude adjustment. When weston worked he makes them all look like kindergartners. disgusting conniving people. !!!! It's like a retirement home in there

Just talked to Wendy on the phone. She was absolutely a snatch. Horrible customer service and made me feel stupid. Also the pharmacists have messed up so many times on the dosage of my medication. Surprised they graduated with a degree in pharmaceuticals.

The people here are very rude and lack empathy. I will never ever recommend this pharmacy to anyone and will never set foot back in a maggs. If you don't like people you shouldn't be working with them especially with people who already have problems. Very rude .

After eight years of trying to make it work I've given up on Mags Pharmacy! I'd love to keep my money "local" but they keep screwing up and will not own up that they fall short for timely delivery and at least a heads up that they can't do the job even though I have had a "standing order" for years! Time to move on. If there were a -1, that's what they would get from me!

We had great service from Tiffany and every delivery man that helped us get a working chair from Golden Lift Chair Company. The Maag Team did not let us down in the long process, always friendly service.

I am truly amazed as to how a company like this can remain in business as long as they have with the poor business practices that they have. My psychiatrist called medication in excuse me faxed it it took them three days to find the boxes so that was 3 days without my medication it was supposed to be bubble wrap and delivered in an hour and a half before they close I called them and they have no idea what I'm talking about so now I'm without my medication for my psychiatrist and they hung up on me not the first time I've been on and off with them for over 10 years every time I tell will never go back it's in the area that does bubble packs I will never ever go back again to be honest about it their staff is going to remain as rude and disrespectful as they are they should all be shut down and sent to customer service training academy something

Family memeber who was sick was at home and needed a bed. The bed was delived on a Friday and was needed to be pick up on Monday due to a passing. They refused to charge a portion of the monthly charge and charged for the entire month.

I've been going to Maag pharmacy for years, I appreciate how the employees treat me and are very smart & respectful. Great service, and I like the text reminders to get refills. Terry is especially awesome.

For the past 3.5 months I've been a customer of MAAG PHARMACY! I have found them to be the most professional of any pharmacy I've used in my lifetime. Both on the phone and in person while delivering. They were closed today (12-24-22) but someone went in and heard voicemails. I got a call and soon after got my two prescriptions delivered! That's service! Thank you all for providing the best customer service and especially on a holiday! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
