Not a good review since it's 10 after 8:00 a.m. on a Thursday and I'm still sitting here in the parking lot with a locked door!

The service is fast. Or very fast by local standards. The dude is very rude. Even compared to few areas in Secaucus, NJ. Not wearing his badge asked him about his name he said it is Beau and should be spelled correctly. I am not the man in blue so William got away with it and we established that being honest in all his dealings is also not his best quality.Don't get me wrong I had not come to buy a piece of jewelry or order a Rolls Royce and do not expect him greet me like I am his long lost friend, but simple Hey/Hi/Howdy I'll be with you in a minute used to be a standard for the industry. Compared to few others he does his job faster so that is the advantage. Now if someone somehow could remind him that clients and customers are friends and not enemies it would be greatly appreciated.

Terri and Mike were professional and kind. Terri actually inserted the needle with no pain at all. It was a good patient experience.

I paid my bill for $5.51 months ago and have called several times with my proof of payment. They say my invoice doesn't exist but can still somehow send my bill to collections? They will NOT work with you and drain time and energy. If you can avoid this company I would recommend it and if you can go in person to their location to pay a bill, you should do that. They can't tell you you don't exist to your face.

BEAU!Beau is one of the sweetest, caring people ever! I ended up almost passing out during my blood work and he was very concerned and took great care of me! Didn’t let me leave until I felt good, checked on me multiple times. If you do come to the Pocatello lab Corp ask to be with Beau!Thank you so much!!!

They never bill insurance even though they claim to, they also send bills to collections without send you the bills first. We've called them multiple times and each agent that we talk to always tells us something different and they always push the blame to someone else even though it is there fault. Our insurance also told us that they have problems with this company and we aren't the first ones to have this experience.Do your best to avoid doing business with this company.

Well...Well...Well... What can I tell? Its all about the dude. That dude. With attitude! And I liked William even despite his somewhat abrasive personality. Nothing serious enough to report to the board and it is a lab and a faster one in the area, but they are definitely not interested in attracting new or retaining existing customers. Nurse's preferred name is Beau and it is extremely important for him that you spell it correctly. Mister Thomas had a very bad morning yesterday 01.12.2021 so he felt like making it unpleasant to everyone he had the joy of dealing with. He refused to check me in referring me to some lousy self-check out option and I did not want to scan my legal ID at unknown source. Also I came early in the morning drove 26 miles with a full bladder and part of his job description is to verify info is entered correctly and properly I do not want to be blamed for misrepresentation because I skipped a letter or a number. Still much faster than Community Care and we are talking like 7-9 times faster so I'd prefer ill-mannered fellow who actually knows what he is doing to a much friendlier girl who does not and I am referring to their receptionist and not a nurse. That is probably why Beau prefers wearing many hats and not to even hire one or it may represent LabCorp's policy. Interestingly enough at Community Care you are allowed to wash your hands before initialing the labels on your specimen and at LabCorp you are not so that pen of his is truly disgusting, indeed. Another potato/potatoe like difference you can just leave your crap on the table at Community Care and at LabCorp a lockbox was offered so I bet you he was accused of stealing personal property before. Asks you to pick a kit not sure if they bet money on it. Each one looks exactly the same unless there are rare manufacturing defects. Perhaps by giving me an illusion of having a choice is believed to alleviate the consequences of his rude and arrogant behavior on my mood for the rest of the morning. I'll let you decide. Beau does not consider necessary to verify if my info is correct or if my address or phone number is still current, but the collection process is certainly faster than with competitors or should I say contenders within reasonable driving range and it is all that matters. I came in for a routine pre-employment screening which I was told happens each time we switch projects, but I know few people with health issues that are very serious who prefer commuting to Bingham Memorial or EIRMC. Tis what it is.

In order to get your result, you have to spend all day long trying to get to the year of your age. Not a user friendly site.

I mean, not to be rude or anything.. but I think the local McDonald’s that had to close the drive through due to being understaffed and only has 3 15-year olds working there runs a better show than these troglodytes. Those same teenagers could probably do a better job running this place as well. Garbage.

Here from out of town and had to get my blood drawn. Michael did a great job, was kind, courteous and did not have to wait long!
