“I live super close by and love to come in here to get cool accessories to add to my outfit. From cool shirts, jackets, bracelets, and jewelry to posters, shot glasses, goofy gifts, and witchy stuff, this place has all sorts of things for you to browse. Even CBD bathbombs. Lately I've been eyeing the backflow incense burners because there's this one where it's mountains and trees and a lake with a wolf at the top of the mountain and it looks sick af. The mermaid one and the dragon one are awesome too. Whichever one I purchase, they're definitely gonna look really cool. As a recommendation, this place should totally sell some lavalamps and scented waxes. The staff are super nice too, the first few times I came in here they were super helpful and understanding when I had questions, but I come in often enough I don't really have to ask too many questions anymore haha. Definitely check this place out if this stuff is your sort of thing. There's also way more in this unique store than what I've listed and I wish I could get to it all, but I guess that gives you an initiative to come check this stuff out yourself!”

“After having a not so great experience at another established jewler, I took my jewlery to Fred Meyer. Not only did they inspect my jewlery to make sure it was in good shape, they cleaned it at no cost to me. While I waited for my jewlery, the sales associate was nice enough to show me a piece I was interested in. They weren't judgemental at all about the type or quality of jewlery I brought to them. I was very pleased with their level of customer service.”

“To everyone saying the customer service sucks here, please read this. It doesn't get better then this for customer service....

My wife and I did a loan from Mikes several years back. When we went to pay the last of our loan and pick up our merchandise, we had found out our stuff (movies and seasons) had been pulled before it was time. The lady that worked behind the counter more or less said sorry about your luck. I was very aggravated and ready to start yelling and screaming. The owner, Mike, happened to come walking through the door and immediately could tell something was wrong. I explained to him the issue. He apologized, and offered either money back or to see if we could locate our missing items on the shelves.
We found some of the seasons and movies we had lost. When I explained to Mike what else there was missing (by now it was closing time for the shop), Mike (The owner) took the time to look the items up online and offered to have them ordered at no cost to us. Since my wife and I were moving out of state within a couple days, we couldn't do that option. Mike then went to the back and began bringing out boxes and boxes of seasons and movies. Told us to take our time. If we see some we would like, go ahead and grab them. If after looking through the boxes we couldn't find anything we wanted he would reimburse us with the money for the entire amount paid back.
I'll end my experience there because what the outcome was doesn't matter now. Mike and his associates made the situation RIGHT. Try finding that kind of customer service anywhere else without YOU being blamed for their mistake.
