My unlucky little car has been hit three separate times while parked, resulting in front bumper damage. Jack's Auto has fixed my car every time, sparing me so much stress and grief. Out of all other places that have done quotes for me, they also offer me all the best prices for the work being done, which I appreciate so so much. Especially in a rough economy like now. They just saved me $300 compared to places recommended by the insurance company and the work done is beautifully. Especially considering how old my little car is. Parts are so difficult to find and I appreciate the staff going above and beyond to find and order the right parts. They work quickly and very precise. My car looks great and the repairs were very fast considering the wait on parts and the amount of other jobs they have piling up. I will always go to Jack's Auto, because they're reliable and I trust them over any other shop in my area. And I will always recommend them. The staff are great. Friendly service. Good relationships. They have a very family-like atmosphere every time I go in and it's so refreshing to see happy, friendly staff who are always ready to help. No matter how crazy busy they are. They take care of me every time and I have never had any issues with the employees or the work done on my car. Quality work from reliable staff and for affordable prices. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I love Jack's Auto and the amazing staff that have had to put up with me and my poor, unlucky little car. I can't thank them enough for all their help and all the hard work that they have poured into this car to get me back on the road again. Because of them, my car, deemed totaled by other shops, is drivable again and looks amazing. And I was saved from having to unnecessarily buy a whole new car. I just got my car back and I have to say they are amazing! I was worried about color matching and it's perfect, there was clear communication with me and the insurance agent... Also, I had broken my seat handle on my way to drop it off and when I got in my car, I noticed they had put it back on. Thank you! Great business!

Don’t take your vehicle here if you value your vehicle. I don’t like making bad reviews but my experience with Jacks was very bad.There doesn’t seem to be any quality control. They contacted me multiple times telling me my truck was done just for me to show up and identify problems, that they should have found and addressed before telling me my truck was done. The blamed my insurance company, bad parts and even me for problems that I found, that they should have found and addressed. At no time did they admit that they should have found the problems and addressed them before contacting me.Here are the details of my experience.My wife hit an elk in February causing about 10k in damages to her truck. Jacks estimate was good and and I had a person refer me to them.I dropped the truck off in late February and received a call about 2 weeks later stating the truck was done. When I pulled up to the curb they were just parking it and I could tell from over 50 feet away that there were problems. The hood didn’t fully close on one side. The more I looked at the truck the more problems I found. I showed them the problems and made another appointment to get the problems addressed.When I received the call that the truck was done I did another walk around and found additional problems. The headlight was loose and a body panel didn’t look right. The hood still wasn’t correct. I made another appointment to address these issues.Jacks told me that the issue was the parts that the insurance company made them order. I spoke to my insurance company and they said they approved the bid that Jacks submitted and didn’t stipulate what parts had to be used.I took the truck back in again and picked it up a few days later. I thought everything was okay with the truck. I took the truck to the car wash and water comes poring in through the top of the door. I’m so frustrated that I order a new seal and replace it myself. That fixes the leak. Then my wife and I found a problem with the bumper. I made another appointment. Jacks called me and said it looked like I had hit something or someone had hit me and pushed the bumper in. I told them that wasn’t the case. I went in and they showed me what they were talking about. I disagreed and asked them to grab a measuring tape. They then checked some measurements and discover that nothing had happened to the bumper. Both sides had the same measurements. So now I drop the truck off again for additional work. I get call back and the truck looks pretty good. My wife and I drive the truck around for a week or two and the road noise is pretty bad. I talk to Jacks about this and they take the truck again. They tell me that they have a similar truck and the road noise is about the same. I’m told to just turn my radio up to hide the noise.I take the truck home and later notice that the drivers door sticks out from the body much farther than passenger door. I take the truck back and they adjust the door. This fixes most of the road noise.Our truck still isn’t 100% (probably 90-95%) back to how it was before the wreck but I can’t bring myself to take it back to Jacks. All in all my truck was in and out of this shop for 4 months and we still aren’t fully satisfied.

I have more than one person can handle going on in life, so I am sorry I forgot the nice man's name that took a minute to help me out today.I had a friend with good intentions look at my air filter bc she thought it may be dirty, which it was not. It was just too hot out for the ac. She didn't put my glove compartment box back on right. The detailers put it back, but something sounded lose when I would open it.I took it to Nissan thinking they could do a fast fix on it, but I got told It could not be done till September, smh.So I called Jack's and a very nice man told me to bring it in and he would look at it. It took him less than five minutes to fix my glove compartment box.I am very much appreciate he took the time out to help me out with such a simple fix. I definitely would recommend this company.

I’ve had to take my car back on more then two occasions, I’ve had to take it to different shops THEY scheduled appointments for without asking if I was able to make them or not. They had my car well over the 20 days they claimed to have had it. Granted they did tell me three weeks when I dropped it off in MAY, I was fine with it but after getting it back the first, second and third time. It’s still not fixed and I will not be letting them put another hand on my vehicle. To top it all off I went in there today (July 19, 2023) upset because I was pulled over the night prior for no tail lights. When I voiced this to them Jody asked a guy named Chris to check it out to which Chris said they didn’t touch the back end so they don’t know anything. “Lose the attitude he popped off with.” I explained that they were paid to fix my car and it’s not fixed, to which he replied “we didn’t wreck your car, you did” but you’re getting paid to FIX my vehicle? Instead you’re just giving it back to me with more problems every time! Jody threw is hands up at me while Chris was held him back walking back into the shop. Not a shop I recommend.Services: Transmission

Everyone at Jack’s Auto Body was fantastic to work with! They were communicative, honest, and efficient. They handled our repair with exceptional quality, worked with our insurance, and we are so happy with how our truck looks after a wreck! In fact, looks better after their repair than the original! Will continue to use this business for all of our vehicle repairs! You won’t be disappointed.

We've used Jack's Auto Body for more than 12 years. The owner, Mike, is fantastic to work with and is very fair with price. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of the work that I've had done at Jack's. New bumper was misaligned (still is after second attempt to fix it) and the new bumper was scratched during installation. 2nd vehicle we've brought there where the new body parts were visibly out of line.
