“We actually really like this credit union. When we moved here from out of state last year, we needed to get a cashiers check for escrow. We figured with our credit union being part of the big credit union network, it would be no problem to get this done. As time was getting close of escrow closing I began calling credit unions in the area to find out who we were going to go to when we needed to get the check. It soon became nerve wrackingly (yes I know...it's not a word...but it fits so there it will sits! ) anywhoozle...it was becoming nerve wrackingly obvious that it might not happen! The thought of my husband driving 12hrs back to our previous branch...was brutal! Finally, I called Connections...they said they could do it...to come in and we would be taken care of. We got there and things were not going all that well...but the 2 tellers were doing everything in their power to get it done. About an hour later we had our cashiers check, and a 24hr round trip road trip was staved off!! Because of their colossal efforts to get our needs met, we decided to stick with them as our local credit union! They have always been friendly, and they have free notary public services for members...which has come in handy a time or two already! I'm not sure what people expect from a banking institution...these people are a million times friendlier and more accommodating than where we came from!”
