“Purchased a sectional that ended up having a manufacturer defect months after purchase. Without question they handled it professionally and quick. Got me into a more expensive sectional with swap out for no additional cost. Highly Recommend.”
“We purchased a new kitchen floor from Rug Rat early this year. The installers, Joe Huskins and his assistant, Phillip, did a great job installing the new "vinyl that looks like wood" floor. They did a very professional job and were easy to have in our home. We were home while they did the installation, and all had to co-exist around each other while the work was done. The new floor is beautiful. We are very pleased with it.
There was one problem, however. The installers working on our job were unexpectedly called away to go work on another customer's job right in the middle of our installation. That extended the completion date of our job. I'd caution any new customer to get a commitment from Rug Rat that your installation will not be interrupted to go work on someone else's job.”
“This little boutique is amazing. There are so many cute things to buy that I always buy more than I intended to. The decorations are beautiful also and give me ideas for my own place.
I stop by whenever I’m in town but go back home with a big bag of goodies. This is my favorite store in Pocatello, actually in all of Idaho.”
“I live super close by and love to come in here to get cool accessories to add to my outfit. From cool shirts, jackets, bracelets, and jewelry to posters, shot glasses, goofy gifts, and witchy stuff, this place has all sorts of things for you to browse. Even CBD bathbombs. Lately I've been eyeing the backflow incense burners because there's this one where it's mountains and trees and a lake with a wolf at the top of the mountain and it looks sick af. The mermaid one and the dragon one are awesome too. Whichever one I purchase, they're definitely gonna look really cool. As a recommendation, this place should totally sell some lavalamps and scented waxes. The staff are super nice too, the first few times I came in here they were super helpful and understanding when I had questions, but I come in often enough I don't really have to ask too many questions anymore haha. Definitely check this place out if this stuff is your sort of thing. There's also way more in this unique store than what I've listed and I wish I could get to it all, but I guess that gives you an initiative to come check this stuff out yourself!”
“Lots of fabrics, selection of craft stuff is a bit light, which is too bad since I prefer to shop here than at Hobby Lobby when I can. The selection means they often don't have what I need, and ordering online means a wait.”
