Update 8/2/24- We are very grateful that Zane worked on our truck. He took the time to go on a test ride to hear the sound and was able to finally correct it after over a year of frustration. He had amazing empathy and apologized for not hearing the sound originally. I would highly recommend Zane.
We are still frustrated that it took a negative review in order for us to be heard and taken seriously. Hopefully in the future the Hirning service department will show more care towards their customers when the original issue is brought to their attention and make their customers feel valued.
Are you looking for a dealer who sells you a brand new vehicle you ordered in and after 4 months of having it and only 1k miles you started having problems and they either said it was not there or gaslight you by say "we can pull any truck off the lot and duplicate the sound" and then after taking it in multiple times you threaten with a lawsuit they are able to fix the issue that they claimed wasn't there, then this is the dealer for you!
If you are looking for a dealer that you have to take your only 3 year old and only 24k mile truck in over 10 times and they seem to "fix" the problem but once you drive it off the lot it is still happening, this is the dealer for you!
If you are looking for a dealer that acts like you don't matter and doesn't have any empathy or understanding for the frustration you have dealt with, then this is the dealer for you!
If you are looking for a dealer who values you as a customer and does whatever they can to make sure the brand new vehicle you bought is in great working order and you get to actually use the vehicle, then steer clear of this dealer.

They never let me know never called just lied say we will get back to you but before that they told me to fill out a paper one then turn it in but when I turned it in he had a attitude and was being a little hostile and mad for some reason never reached out to me.

Our treatment and experience at Hirning from start to finish was top notch! Ken Ashcraft is absolutely amazing! He answered all of our questions and never pressured us! Ken is the best! We highly recommend him to everyone!! The finance person Brett was excellent also!

We were visiting in Pocatello and our AC went out on a 95 degree day. Thr service department was closed, but the lady working in the main office came out to check on us and gave us water and offered us a place in the air conditioning to sit. She was above and beyond kind and helpful. We greatly appreciate her!

Alex E. Is an amazing salesman. I may have to offer him a job if an opening comes along. He was always available when questions were as asked. Mr "customer service" I'd say. Hirning is lucky to have such a customer oriented employee

Clay Bailey has been our go to person for a lot of years for our vehicles. My husband passed away in April and I knew I needed to do something about a car and, again, Clay was there for me. Jeremy Condi was exceptional too. He helped me through all of the paperwork and the purchasing process. I am so appreciative of their help.

Kristen Clark is a good sales person with attention to detail an a great sense of humor. Finance department is very professional and easy to work with. My husband and I have made two new purchases this year. Now we will not go anywhere else but Hirning. Great team!
