“The Paperwork Place in Pocarello, ID, is the only "Live Scan" location for Fieldprint, Inc., is east Idaho. Live Scan allows your fingerprints to be captured, sent to Fieldprint to produce an "ETF" which is sent to your company and the requesting government agency. My prints were accepted by the "agency" within hours! All other Fieldprint sites in East Idaho, western Wyoming, southern Montana, and far northern Utah use the "Ink & Roll" method to capture fingerprints. This process takes up to two weeks to actually send an ETF to an agency for review! So, use The Paperwork Place or drive to Boise or Ogden or SLC for those "big town" Live Scan" locations, or wait on your clearance for weeks due to the messy, traditional method (i.e., Ink & Roll).The Paperwork Place staff expedited my request with professionalism, patience, competency, and a flexible, amicable "can do" attitude.Yes, I saw the cat on the floor & couch, and deftly avoided any interaction, as I am hyperallergic to most things on four legs and some on two, e.g., Gingers (hah!). In all things, my business experience was 'purrfect.' So, if you need your finger (or paw) prints captured, go to TPP in 'Poky.'”
