As always, Flatline did a great job. They've fixed the car 3 times and It always comes back in better shape than before the damage occured. Great customer service. 10/10 would recommend them for all autobody needs.

Our 2021 Avalon has been into Flatline twice in the last year for serious repairs. Brent and Emma are diligent, efficient and easy to work with. Adjustments to the claim were seamless with our insurance and the vehicle looks brand new after both accidents. We highly recommend Flatline for any automotive repair. Brent and his crew did an absolutely amazing job repairing my daughter's 2010 RAM. when We got to the shop to pick up the truck, I was amazed at just how perfect it looked from top to bottom and everywhere in between. Above and beyond his great work, Brent was very easy to communicate and work with. We live in Ada County and could have had the work done here. I told Brent that if I ever need body shop. We will have the cars brought here. I will stop using Brent when he stops working on cars.

Very happy with the repair they did for us, paint match was spot on. Vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior when it was completed. Got it done on time and a little under budget. I would highly recommend them . 5 stars ?

This is where you want to bring your problem vehicle. The estimates are very reasonable, workmanship is without equal, and most importantly if you are in a time jam they will find a way to help you out. I have never seen such a great shop before. They have serviced three vehicles for us and each service has made a difficult problem easier .

Since I have taken all of my collision work to Flatline Repair, I have drove away extremely pleased. I like his work far better than any other shop in Chubbuck and Pocatello. Brent and Dave are the best at what they do. Fair prices and quality work. Brent and Dave work together extremely well. That says a lot in my book. This may be a small body shop, however, Brent and Dave perform like they are the only shop in town. I like how and what they do. I will go to no other shop. Me and my family have taken 3 different vehicles to Brent and every one has come back like new! Can’t even tell they have been wrecked. He works directly with insurance companies to save you from a headache. Will definitely go back again if I ever need to and will recommend to anyone needing a body shop!

Brent always takes care of me, my fam, and my dad's business vehicles! I just recently had to take my car in and when I got it back, it was detailed inside and out.... Is that normal? I was stoked although, my car was a MESS! I mean, even the crud in the cup holder was gone! That was the icing on the cake. Brent is known by like every insurance agent because he's the best! There are two numbers to get a hold of him and he'll even text you. It took three days to get my bumper replaced. Went by fast. Always professional. just go to him, you won't regret it!
