Showed up at the location at 7:13 am on Friday the sign says they open at 7 employees were on location the door was locked.

Tera was very helpful in picking out and ordering bathroom faucets. The showroom has a wide variety of fixtures so you can get an idea of your choices.

today was the probably the fourth or fifth time I've come into this place over the years and had either two or three attendants standing there and completely ignore me.Today two of the people behind the counter walked away from where I was standing, walked over to a customer that came in after me and, started a conversation about how they had heard a "rumor" of the customer being "a Mormon and how hilarious he thought it was" they continued laughing and gabbing completely averting eye contact with me until I finally walked out of the store. Now I totally get that some times things get hectic and busy but, if two separate employees have time to walk away from the counter to start up a casual non business related conversation, they have time to help a customer. I have used these guys for a few years and really only gotten decent service once that I can remember. The other times I have felt very unwelcomed so I will make sure not to come here again

Got the part here we couldn't get from the big box home improvement store, along with the expertise we couldn't get from the big box home improvement store, at (get this) a lower price than the similar-but-not-the-same part at the big box home improvement store!

My husband and I were in the store for 23 minutes trying to find Kohler products for our shower. The store was full of employees. Not one person asked if we needed help. Left at 4:37 because packin up to leave work seemed a priority.
