Room was almost 50 dollars more than quoted and reserved for. Waited hours for room to be ready and they had over a dozen vacancies. Room was dirty when we got it. Food left in fridge and on nightstand. No toilet paper in room. They made my disabled senior citizen hubby walk theh entire length of the front half of the hotel to the desk to get some t.p. they wouldn't have housekeeping bring it. Hubby can't really walk all that well. He's 67 and had 4 crushed vertebrae in his back and his knees are bone on bone. Pool wasn't really clean. Water fountain on pool wasn't turned on. Room temp set to freezing. Took 13 days to get back half of what I payed for the room for the day. A Monday. OVER 114.00. They don't have phones in rooms so you have to call using your cell phone to the front desk which is a cell phone as well. The parking in front is safest. We'd parked closer to the room and that exit was disgusting. People spitting and drinking alcohol upstairs. Drug deals in parking lot on side of the hotel.dirty Diapers, cigarette butts( hundreds of them) filled the whole curbsides. and shopping carts turned over thrown by that side rear door. Noisy. The pool used to be their best feature. But they seem to only run it with the water fall when they rent it out for parties. The front looks more presentable. Bit for a stay in any room I wouldn't recommend it
