I can't believe how amazing this mechanic is! We are from our of town and our car had issues on a road trip on a Sunday (it always happens that way)! He fixed the issue that caused us to break down as well as recognized other issues with it, showed us the broken parts and explained everything! He took extra steps to treat us well! Would use him again 100% if only he was in my home town! He treated us very fairly on the price of his labor and parts!

Called in a panic bcs our check engine light came on. Roger called back and was very knowledgeable and offered to come to us to fix it. We would have used him, but discovered it was just the sensor so we drove on home. Great customer service!

Roger is a down to earth honest top notch mechanic who knows exactly what he’s doing. He doesn’t overcharge like other shops, he finds the issue and corrects it with no hassle whatsoever. You will never be taken advantage of. This guy truly wants to help people get their vehicles fixed and he does it at a very reasonable cost. Roger is a good dude!

When the start motor of my Toyota Sienna died while making a pit stop on the way to Yellowstone I seriously thought I was going to have to abort my family vacation. How was I going to get help on a Sunday in Pocatello, Idaho! But E & R was open, had the part, and got me back on the road in 2 hours. Roger and his team couldn't have been nicer! Thank you from my sons, my brother and his wife, my 92 yr old mother , and me!

Worked on 4th of July to get us on the road again after being stranded in Pocatello due to a transmission issue. The only one in town open on a weekend and holiday. Very quick diagnosis and repair, and so helpful and professional. Easy payment method and super fair. Great quality work. Repair held even on our older model car.
