i’ve been looking for a specific car for months now and finally found what i wanted at courtesy ford! i walked in, and was kindly greeted by john lee. he took me for a test drive and even held the car for half a day before i came in and bought it. in that time they detailed the car which had only been on the lot for a day. he was very easy to work with and made me feel comfortable as a young woman walking into a big dealership. my dad said it was the most pleasant car buying experience he’s ever had!
