Costco Tire Center provides exceptional tires and amazing customer service. The staff is friendly, professional, and prompt. Employees often go above and beyond to help customers, showing genuine concern and offering helpful suggestions and advice. They are accommodating and work to resolve issues quickly. While there can sometimes be a wait even with an appointment, the overall experience is great. The tires, like the BF Goodrich KO2, are described as badass, cool, and exceptional. Many customers report having a great experience and plan to be lifetime members due to the outstanding service.

It is frustrating to make an appointment and still need to wait over an hour before your they get to your car for a simple rotation. Folks are always friendly, however.
