The service and parts department is the very best. Unfortunately I purchased a gm certified used vehicle with 60,000 miles on it and was assured that all necessary maintenance had been done. There is no record of any transmission service ever being completed. I’ve bought several vehicles there. I deserve better!

Customer service was terrible - but the repairs were good. I wasn't told about the status of my repair until 2 days after I had taken it in. The part they needed to get, arrived at least 2 days later than I was told and the repair took 2 days longer than I expected. I had to rent a car because they couldn't get the repair done in 5 working days.

Kenny is an amazing sales man. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal even though it wasn’t the easiest task. I have had such bad luck with dealerships. This hands down was the best experience I have had. ❤️ we have such a large family and we needed something big enough to fit all of us. I purchased a 3500 Duramax from a different dealer, but it had to be towed to Cole as they were the closest. The service department at Cole was absolutely phenomenal in getting my truck back on the road. While customer service from GM was lacking, the team at Cole truly went above and beyond their scope of work to handle the situation. They are a top-notch crew, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional service!

Dealership is trash; receptionist and mechanics just standing around and couldn’t ask us if needed help. Salesmen couldn’t locate vehicle and finally told us it was in detail and he would call us when it’s done. Here we are 3 weeks later haven’t heard anything but that’s okay I spent my 70k somewhere else
