Guy is very willing to teach things that do not advance strength and fitness in a safe way, imo this guy is dangerous to the world of sports and is just teaching ego lifting. Find ur self someone who looks like you want to look and start there. Good luck

Joining ChaseStrong was one of the best decisions I ever made. The equipment is great but the atmosphere and culture that is being built at ChaseStrong is next level. Everyone there has become family. So if you are looking for a gym and a personal training experience then I would definitely recommend ChaseStrong.

ChaseStrong is a training facility dedicated to Strength and Conditioning training and programming. It is also home to a local powerlifting group, Heavy House Powerlifting.
We coach people of all ages, kids and adults. We cater to any fitness goal and specialize is strength training for athletes. We offer both in house and online training.
