“Melissa was amazing from helping to explain what to look for when picking out the flooring, and helping me to chose something I could afford with my budget. Evening helping me to get thing resolved when I had issues with the installers. She even found the laminate flooring I needed to finish a part of my flooring project. Unfortunately they couldn’t match the price I got but she spent the time to find it. Lost of inventory to chose from in stock. The contracted installer were my only issue. After trying to re-stetch the carpet they installed 3 times I still wasn’t happy with the install but chose not to have them come back. Melissa assured me that if I had issues with it in the future it would be fixed! Melissa T. was amazing and I thank her for all her help with every part of my job!”
