I dropped my truck and tires off at about 1pm today, they unloaded my tires and told me they would call when my truck was done. I reached out at around 5pm, to check on progress because I had heard nothing and they said "they aren't interested in mounting my tires" so I asked why they couldn't have called me and told me that 4 hours ago so I could get to another tire shop. I was then yelled at over the phone and hung up on. 0/5 stars tires were not mounted, truck was left unlocked outside with over $3000 in wheels and tires in the back of it and no word was given to me of the sort.

We like this place because they aren't afraid of repairing or patching a tire, whereas the "bigger name companies " have liability issues and just want to sell NEW tires! Nice to see a place with integrity.
