WORST BANK IVE EVER DEALT WITH. They charged me for Idaho Powers up AND the teller I spoke with AND the branch manager I spoke with were both incredibly rude.

I had been a customer of this Bank for 35 years. I had no problems at all until this digital technology took over. The service dropped, the clerks were no longer the friendly folk I was used to. I had a payments to my account last year that bounced and they took care of it. This year I had another payment bounce and they tossed me out. Said I was a risk. I can no longer bank with them. It's like they have never bounced a check. This bank has gone from a hometown, friendly institution to being just like a national chain. Everything is done by the book by people who don't understand how to run a business, let alone how to treat customers. When a charge comes in for whatever reason, and I don't know how or why, I expect help solving the problem. You wont get that here.

We got our home mortgage loan through Bank of Idaho, and right after closing, they sold our mortgage to another bank. They sent them the wrong escrow amount and caused our mortgage payments to go up by $250/month because of their mistake. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for any kind of loan because they will probably just sell your loan to another bank and screw up your payments in the process.

Working on my first commercial deal with them and they initially changed the term of the loan. Then after doc's were signed they changed the rate. Seems like they don't care about the customer and just want to make an extra buck.

I’m working with bank of idaho for a commercial loan. They tell you one thing to get your business then change it once you are in a spot that it’s hard to change away from them and always give a story of outside factors and that thier hands are tied.
